Intro








"Hello again my dear," A strange woman in a kimono said as she stood in front of me. She had raven hair and a white blindfold over her eyes, but she wore black lipstick. "Again?" I asked, "I never met you before." She laughed and, amazingly, rose into the sky. It was then I noticed the skeleton-like wings from her back. Her pale hands appeared from her sleeves decorated with black nails. "Of course, you were smaller though." Her hands raised open palmed over the blindfold wear her eyes would be.
I stepped back. Her eyes, were in the palms of her hands! I was afraid and ran, not caring what her eyes looked like. I ran in darkness, nothingness. My short brown hair flowing in the strange wind, glasses mysteriously fogging up, and my feet growing numb. I slowed and turned my head, the woman was gone. As I stopped, I regained my breath; only to continue running for I saw the woman again.
"Help! Please!" I screamed in vain.
"Help!"
"..." Silence was my only answer.
Somehow, I ran into a wall. I turned around to see this strange woman more clearly. The eyes in her hands, were demonic. Almost like a cat's eye. She smiled with her mouth growing larger, showing off pearl white fangs. I froze. I couldn't move. Couldn't breath.
"Now you-"
BEEP BEEP, WAKE UP WAKE UP!!
My brown eyes opened wide to my blue ceiling. Sweat practically my second layer on my skin; aside from my nightgown. I slammed my fist down on the snooze button and looked out my window near my bed. A dying corn field with small patches of snow gleamed in the morning light. I rubbed my eyes as I placed my glasses over them. I sighed while standing from my bed,
"It was just a nightmare."
How wrong was I.
