(Remaining in His love part 2)

We are creatures of God and God loved all His creaures. But not all of us are sons of the Lord.

We must see ourselves as:

1) a creature of the Lord

2)His sons

God is not our father unless we are His sons.

Just like a father takes care of his child, God takes care of us. We are eternaly considered children of God.

Our identity is molded around God's love. Friends, family, who you are, what you know, what you do or what you say you do can't be the factors that define your identity. You define yourself from Him.

The love of God must be seen above all things, because nothing good originates from us.

We must lets ourselves be raiced by God.

If we are not sons of God, we are sons of Zatan.

Its when we decide to come to the Lord, that He adopst us. Because God attracts us, but we are the ones that must come to Him.

Even though there is nothing good about us, God loves us and sees us as His special and unique children..

Trying to help yourself and racing your self esteem is not something Biblic.

Its not about how high our self esteem is, its about how we recieve and recognize God's esteem towards us.

Its all glory to God, all the time. God is basically going to save you from yourself.

He calls us His children. We are adopted and loved children of the Lord. This should be the way we learn how to love ourselves.

There are no morals, no honor born naturally from us!

Jesus himself said that there is no one good, only the Father and Him alone.

People cant love you if they dont love Jesus in you. And if you cant love yourself in Christ, you cant love the Lord or everyone else.

By 12 years of age, Jesus already had a better relationship with the Father than any other person. He recognized that His identity lied on the Lord and him alone. God's first words on the new testament were: "This is my beloved Son, in who I am complacent."

A child runs to his father when he feels he is in trouble. We can do the same with God. Just like a son is nothing without his father, we are nothing without the Lord.Children are insecure and so are we. We both need to be constantly reminded that out authorities love us.

Our reafirmation comes from our intimate time with God and His word.

Love is a desition. You decide to love and you decide to recieve love.

But love also implies discipline.We are not His children if we dont accept His discipline. When God disciplines us its for our own good.

There's nothing to fear if we are children of God. God never leaves.

People run away from the Lord to "recieve freedom" God gets tired of the bad things we do, but He still loves us. We have to stop running away from the Father. The real freedom is in Jesus. They are not rules, you do them by love. Its not religion, its loving God and for Him. His love doesnt make you feel captive.

God loves us as His children and His love is incomparable, its perfect. The love other things have is false and often ends up hirting us.

Loving and recieving God's love is not the end, its only the begining.
