So, I got a closer look at Jupiter's three moons, 'Callisto', 'Thebe', and 'Europa'. The thick smoke I noticed around Thebe and Europa was coming from what appears to be a mining camp. Each moon had heavy machinery hooked up and drilling into the moons surface. I still haven't figured out what the Dark Green clouds floating around Callisto are, But that can come later. I need to find a way to end this mining problem, find out whats being mined, why, and who's running this operation.
The mining camp:
Alright, so I successfully INVADED the mining camp on Europa, and have found out a few tidbits of information that may eventually help in ending this mining problem. I have not yet invaded the mining camp on Thebe, but I'm sure whatever is going on around Europa, is probably the same with Thebe.
Now, Like the earth, Europa is thought to have an iron core, a rocky mantle, and a surface ocean of salt-water. This ocean is deep enough to cover the entire surface of Europa, and being so far from the sun, the planets surface is completely frozen over. The problem, is that this mining camp is trying to get to the planets core, most likely in attempt to harvest iron from it? If this is the case, the camp must have been set up for quite a while, as they would have to drill about 1,565 Km to get to the core. This is possible, as the galaxy's are big enough to miss something like this for quite some time. I need to end this problem, and soon! If the miners get to the core of Europa, who knows what could happen.
Now... I just need to look into the camp on Thebe...
To be updated later...
