Aki no Fuketsu Aitou is Isao's personal technique. It is also his favorite, and potentially his most deadly. Aki no Fuketsu Aitou draws all of the lightning gathered around Isao to cloak Meizeru in a veil of electricity, turning the entire sword into a powdery blue blade of energy in his hands. He will then preform various stabs and slashes at a rapid rate, each time sending out tendrils of lightning. The lightning will continue to extend from the blade until the blade is completely empty of electrical energy.

Meizeru - Dark Angel
An Otachi sword, sleek and razor sharp. It is tainted black with it's opponent's dried blood which, no matter how vigorously it may be cleaned, will never fade. It is Isao's only weapon which he imbues with electricity to up the odds in combat.
Miscellaneous: Isao has trained himself to be able to control the sound waves emitted from his blade during the drawing phase. He uses these sound waves to stun, deafen, numb, or blind his opponent temporarily. He carries a pen and paper with him at all times just in case an employer shows up.
Biography: Isao was born into a caravan of mercenaries. His father was a swordsman and his mother was an archer and neither of them ever found the time to be an actual parent to him. Because of this lack of attention Isao grew up not knowing about love and, through seeing so much killing on a daily basis, only adapted to sadness and hatred. By the age of twelve Isao had taught himself how to wield a sword so well that he surpassed even his father. It was also around this time that he abandoned the caravan and entered Kumogakure as a Genin. He passed the Chunin exams on his first try, using only his Otachi sword given to him by his uncle, a blade which he had named Meizeru. By fifteen Isao was a Jonin and had mastered a number of Raiton techniques and even created a few of his own. When he thought he had no more use for Kumogakure he simply left without a word. He showed up in Otogakure, where he was welcomed by Orochimaru and appointed as a Jonin. When offered a cursed seal he angrily refused, commenting that he didn't need the power from that seal. He now resides in Otogakure, although he is of no shinobi status. He acts as a mercenary on the outskirts of Otogakure, where he will accept any assassination he is payed for.
