I lead Sam to the Hera cabin and left her to help prepare for my quest... with Karri, Grover, and Percy, to stop Kronos. Now that he had claimed Luke's body, I knew he was more powerful than ever. This made me feel queasy inside. I wanted to get Luke back. But how could I do that? I sure didn't know. But someone from behind interupted my thoughts. "Ready to go, Annabeth?" Percy shouted from the big house. "Yes!" I shouted back, and grabbed my pack. I ran to Percy and the others. Karri had gone in for the prophecy. When she came back, she looked pale, and her eyes darted every which way, but she still went on. "Four shall find the secret pass,
three will go on and last, again lose a love worse than death, the Olympians shall win with a final breath." "That was a short prophecy..." Chiron sighed. "but you must go on." "To where? The prophecy doesn't say anything but 'secret pass.'" I asked. "The secret pass could be either the entrance to the underworld, or the... no. It's too dangerous. No way." Grover looked scared. Could it be.... the entrance to the old entrance to mt. etna..... that must also be where we lose one quest member. I was worried it would be Percy. It couldn't be.
