Perfect Ending
I would have known that from the beginning I wanted this. I never wanted anything else other than my perfect ending. In the end, it didn't turn out to be a perfect ending at all. I always thought after something as magestic as this, that it would have to turn into my perfect ending. What I never asked for, and what I should have at the end... was just a simple happy ending. It didn't matter to me if it would have to be perfect, or if it would have to be an ending at all. I wanted it to make me happy in the end for whatever reason it did that whole time. I would always ask to much all the time. I want to have the right colors, I would want a perfect outfit, the perfect body. Well, even if I asked for that, I knew I wasn't going to get it in the first place. I would just have to earn it or somehow get there and everything.
I heard a story of a girl who once lived a perfect fairy tale. She had everything she wanted, and whatever she didn't have, she never asked for it. She was afriad of being a burden to everyone who worked for her because she was so spoiled. Well, one day, she asked for a simple gift that her father would never give her. And of course, she was asking too much from her father. She had never thought that asking a gift would make her father so furious. So, she went on to her mother, asking her if she can have this gift. And of course, she was asking too much from her mother. Little did she know that there would be one and only person that would give her that special gift. She just couldn't figure it out.
So when she grew up, she became very lonely because her parents never gave her that special gift of hers. It didn't matter to her anyways. she gave up on that gift long ago when she was just a little girl. As she grew up, her parents became old and they soon couldn't rule anymore. But before they died, their little daughter had to marry someone so she and that special boy can rule together. That detail reminded her of something, but it didn't get to her. When there came a time where she had to meet the groom, she always came up with excuses so she could always miss meeting him.
She doesn't want to and she will never get married to someone who she doesn't like at all. And that means that she would never get married to anyone even after her parents are dead. SHe was afriad that the person who was getting married to her will never love her because she was never loved at all. She is always the one with the different kinds of color. Hers are always the same because no one can seem to figure the difference from her at all. She is always the odd ball than all the others in her kingdom. She was always the quiet creature than everyone else and it made her seem more spoiled and not just that, but she will never make friends because of it. But one person tried to make that change.
A guy is always trying new challenges and he can always succeed it in different and odd ways. This guy is the only person that can maybe make her into someone else other than what she is now. He can always make people laugh and always make people change. He is the only one that has the chance to even marry this princess. He may look like he isn't the kind of person to do it, but he has the skills and also the attitude. Sometimes, he can make people mad, but it always turns out the same in all the other stories.
One day, they both bumped into each other, but as soon as she got up, she just kept on walking. He thought that it would be best if he apologized to her for the mistake he made. She didn't care at all... There is one thing that you cab't change about her, and that is the way she is towards people. Maybe it might be a merical if someone could change how she it towards people, but that might be a 1 in a million chance for anyone to get. But this guy has a pretty nice shoot at this. so he apologizes and they never talked after that, until they bumped so many times, it was some normal thing for them. She was getting used to seeinghim often when she bumped into him, but then she got this feeling everytime she sees him with some other girl, it got to the point when she figured out what that feeling of empty was. She told herself so many times that it can be true that she would actually like someone. But when she first realized that fact, she was feeling the same thing that she wanted all along, but she wasn't getting it back.
Some day, she wanted to ask him a special question, maybe something that would never ask anyone else. And she thought that it was about time to ask him anyways. They have been talking to each other for a while and that good for her to have the chance tp ask him, because her father is almost close to dying now. One day, they came upon each other and she popped that question. It was weird because it was supposed to be the other way around, but she didn't care, because she was filling in the empty space that her parents haven't had a chance or never wanted to fill in for her. It was sad enough that she ha dbeen like this for some time now, and it was sad that she had no one was there for that whole time. Now she has him right there. When she asled that question, he wasreally shocked, but knowing how she was and how the rumors goes around about her, he felt like it was one of the best things that he heard other than his funny jokes.
And so, she found out what he present was when she was only 21. Her father died before he could see who the man was to fit the throne, but he had confidence in her that they would work together. Her father was there to help her along also.
"So tell me, what was that present that your parents didn't give you? he asked
"I'm telling you, it really is stupid!" she replied looking away from his puppy dog look of guilt.
"I really don't care if it's stupid or not, I want to know so that I can give it to in the future."
"You already gave it to me..." she blushed.
"What?! I did?! What was it?!"
"Al I ever wanted from my parents that day was that if they can just loved me. They said I was nothing to them until it came to the point where they needed me more than I needed them. And that's what I have right now with you" she explained.
He slowly grabbed her by the cheecks and gentle kissed her on the lips.
