It was so cool!!! Ok, so it wasn't legal or anything, but my Galactic Guy went to a carnival yesterday and we passed by a marriage booth. This little girl called out to us and said "hey!!! Wanna get married?" and my Galactic Guy looked at me and completely dragged me to the booth, He was like, it's only one ticket (every ticket you get is worth one dollar) so we should do it just for the heck of it. So I was like.... ok... especially since some of his friends and cousins were watching and it was a little embarrassing for both of us. But we just went ahead and did it just for fun. So, I put on a little "veil" and he put on a plastic hat and they gave me a "bouquet" and we read from these little papers our "vows". It was funny cause y "vow" was all sentimental and loving, and his "vow" was like, "I guess I'll have to say something meaningful since you dragged me here to do this stupid thing. Don't even think of having kids," and silly stuff like that, so we were both laughing during the whole thing. Then , we actually got "rings" and got to put them on each other. and THEN it came time for the kisses. It was funny cause they started chanting for us to kiss so we gave each other a small, sweet kiss, but then they kept chanting for ANOTHER ONE! So we starting laughing and looking at each other, then we looked away and noticed that there was a big crowd admiring our wedding. Galactic Guy told me that that usually NEVER happens when people get married. So, since they were asking for another kiss, we gave them another kiss, and then commenced out laughter. It was so much fun! We even shared a dessert afterwards that made the moment even more fun. We even got to keep the rings!!! Well, that was a HUGE highlight of my weekend.
