July 20th, 2008:
Today was a good day. I guess. I set up everything I needed to to make sure I'm moved in completely on gaia. I'm home alone right now, Mom's at work until 2, and I am once again B O R E D. Nothing interesting ever happens here. EVAR.
Which is why it was a bit exciting to have that massive earthquake yesterday. Although it broke some glasses off of the shelf in my kitchen, it was kind of a fun, adrenaline-pumping event. Not to mention the eeriness of hearing the tenants in my apartment complex screaming. I screamed a little too. As the house was shaking, I was running out the front door and down below in the courtyard, I saw all of the neighbors' cats jump around, hiss, meow and screech as they tried to remain stable.
It was actually kinda funny.
Needless to say, i was pretty shaky even after the quake.
