The day of the war had arrived swiftly. As both sides arrived the sun began to rise setting the sky ablaze. Konoro, Naru and I stare at eachother, nod, then separate. Both sides stared eachother down as I stood with my eyes closed. Then....it began. Swordsd and staffs clashed, bodies transformed, and blood began to spill, filling the field like an ocean. I dodge attacks and attack. The pattern repeated within my mind..."Dodge, attack, dodge, attack." I block an unexpected attack.
Symara: And so....the pattern was broken.
Konoro slashed his weapon, killing any in his way. Some retreated. Some stayed. As he brings his swords down upon fleeing enemies an aura of black mist appear surrounding it. I block Konoro's sword with my own, forcing the mist to disappear. An enemy flees beneath our weapons.
Konoro: What are you doing?! They are the enemy and you are letting them escape!
Symara: You should as well! They do not wish to fight! Leave them be!
Konoro: These people are here to kill you Sy!, and you are wanting to spare their lives?!
We jump back from eachother and block other attacks coming from all directions. Six hours passed and our outside forces have begun to move in. The sun set high in the sky. War continues to rage on. I fought wishing for it to end....every hour....please let it end....please....Konoro and Naru's scratches, wounds, healed as quickly as they came...as mine started to settle in their places. Making my flesh their home. I could feel myself weakening as the next few hours passed. Konoro was able to sense this....as was Naru.
Naru: I think you should withdraw!
He appears next to me and blast some of my enemies off their feet.
Symara: I am fine for now....
Naru: It is three hours till sunset! I really think you should head out!
Symara: I am fine!
I kick one enemy away from me, the next into the earth and the third the same as the first.
Naru: Yeah? Then why did your elegance slurr on that last one?
Symara: What elegance?
Twirls one way and dodges then quickly twirls the other way dodging another. Steps back and to each side dodging a few more attacks. Naru murmurs to himself.
Naru: What elegance my-
Naru stops an attack by thrusting his sword within the werewolves' heart. I had caught this out the corner of my eye and cringed. We continued the war as the sun started to set. My silver blood drips heavily from my body, mixing with the ocean of deep red blood. I prepare to use the last of my strenth to keep my promise. At last moment I turn to see a flash of silver light against the orange sky.
Symara: Ahhh!!!!
Konoro and Naru turn around. I fall to my knees and then to the ground.
Konoro and Naru: Symara!!!
Konoro: No!!
I turn my head to see thin light coming down upon me. I hear a clash of swords as my vision blurrs and I drift off into the sea of unconsciousness.
