Not again. The figure returns to haunt me, and wants nothing but for me to beg for a quick death. His eerie laughter comes closer as i feel his icy grip around my neck. His cold breath reaches my ear and it spoke. "How do you want to die?" I shuttered as he plunged a knife into my heart. My blood froze in fear as I began to be consumed by the darkness.
"Oh i see your awake!" The doctor said with a smile. "You were out cold for the past week."
I wanted ask him about my mother, however when I opened my mouth I couldnt hear my voice. What's going on?
The doctor kept talking about how i was extreemely lucky to have survived all those assaults, but I didnt care. I wanted to see my mother. "-- your dad and his friend was arrested without bail for murder and rap--" MURDER!!! I grabbed the doctor by his coat, which threw him off guard, as he stumbled onto the floor. "M..om.." was the first thing that came out of my mouth. I jumped out of bed and rushed out of the room to find her, not caring what i looked like. The hospital was filled with the smell of blood and sweat, and nurses and doctors were running about to their operation rooms. I returned back into the room I was recovering in and asked the doctor as he dusted out his coat, "where is my mom?" The doctor looked at me with sad eyes then looked away. I couldnt understand why he did that. I grabbed him by the back of his coat and shook him and demanded that he told me. He took a deep breath and sighed, "Your mother...she never made it. She died a couple of days after coming to the hospital."
I was shocked by the news he told me. My mom...dead? My life shattered infront of my eyes. My mother needed my help, and I was helpless to do anything to save her. I watched her get raped by my father's friend, and I couldnt do a thing. I broke down, crying hysterically on the floor knowing I'm all alone now. My mother is dead and my father and his friend was responsible. I knew what i needed to do- what i had to do. I would get my revenge.
