he really is a horrible man. And he's quite stupid, and mad sounding. Not got much going for him eh...
Well, he owns this little white dog. A westie? I dunno, I've always been awful at knowing dog breeds.
They just let it loose around the street. Now this would be alright if he didn't: A) s**t in everyone's gardens and B) terrorise small children and slightly unnerve older people.
It's one of those really aggressive dogs......Well, it probably thinks that the whole road is his territory, which is why is goes crazy whenever it sees someone on the street.
It's not really the dogs fault. Dogs bark, and do poos everywhere, it's an accepted fact. It's the owner who's an idiot. Loads of people have complained at him and asked him to keep the dog in his house/garden (like every other dog owner does). You aren't supposed to let your dog roam free because they will bark and do poo everywhere. EVERYWHERE. That's why you keep them on your property, and take your dog out for a walk for it to play. Not just let it run around and snap at everyone.
It's been going on for months and months.
Today when I was walking home from school I heard shouting in the street. When I turned the corner I saw my dad having this huge argument with the man. They were just......shouting and so on, the man kept saying "YOU WANT TO KILL MY DOG!" and then when my dad turned away to go pick up my sister from school, the man said "I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE, YOU LIVE AT NUMBER 15. iF YOU TRY TO KILL MY DOG, I'LL KILL YOU! I'LL KILL YOU!!!".....which is really going over the top.
Apparently, my dad started arguing because some people a bit younger than me were flinching and shying away from the dog, which was barking away and following them. And the owner was just watching, not really bothered, as if it was nothing to do with him. My dad said to him something about how he shouldn't let the dog out like that and the man said that he takes full responsibility for his dog when he lets it loose -which he doesn't ie letting it s**t everywher and bark at poepl, when it's obviously distressing them-, my dad started arguing, saying that he didn't, then they were shouting at each other.
The time when my dad tried to "kill" the dog was when one day, the dog was sniffing around in our garden and my dad was about to pull in with the car. He stopped, waited for the dog to move then slowly drove into the drive. The dog shouldn't even have been in there anyway. And it had just done a poo.
Well I think that we need to contact the poice, because it's getting really annoying and he won't do anything, even when the whole street has been asking nicley, and my dad has been shouting at him, to look after his dog properly. You can get fines for letting your dog poo everywhere...
