The Kineta clan was one of the original clans of the mythical Saidogakure (Village Hidden in the Sky). The clan members were masters of all wind style jutsu and most earth style jutsu. They also posessed the feared Kasaigan (Green Eyes of Gale) Kekkei Genkai which they used to take out many an army in their glory days. The clan thrived in Saidogakure for over fifty-five hundred years until the day they were entirely wiped out by one of their elite members. All except three members perished in the assault and the ones who survived were all sent to Sunagakure, all but one (Kaiosou) who was sent to Konohagakure. The remaining members of the clan now travel the deserts of Sunagakure, searching for the remains of their lost village.

Additional Information: Kaiosou's Kasaigan is harmonized with the power of the Ansugan. He obtained this power through reading the scroll in the Old Ruined City of Saidogakure's remains. Xin allowed the Ansugan to overthrow his Kasaigan, but Kaiosou forced the Ansugan back, keeping his Kasaigan.

Signature Technique:
Surinedan - Grazing Sound Bomb :: Surinedan was a technique Kaiosou created during his time training under Orochimaru. Brethren to the Rasengan and Chidori, the Surinedan is believed to be one of Kaiosou's most powerful techniques. Focusing a massive amount of compressed wind into his palm, Kaiosou will form a green sphere, about the size of a baseball. This sphere will begin to whistle incredibly loudly, permanently deafening anyone within fifty meters of it who has not trained to withstand it's effects. The cutting properties of Kaze no Yaiba are passed through the center of the sphere and are also compacted greatly, strengthening them immensely. When the technique is ready, Kaiosou will hurl Surinedan like a grenade at the opponent. Due to his ability to fully manipulate air currents, he can easily control it's course by directing it with his finger. When the Surinedan impacts the opponent it will explode violently, releasing a blast of subharmonic frequencies, tied into a subzero blast of wind that is capable of leveling mountains. If blocked, the increased cutting properties of Kaze no Yaiba will breech the core of the sphere and decimate anything in it's path.
Seikitai - Astral Body :: Seikitai is a move that Kaiosou rarely uses. After forming a string of hand seals, he will disappear in a flash of red light. This is actually an incredibly high-speed movement, brought on from his years of training. He will actually remain perfectly hidden within his own wind patterns. Any trail ever made by the Kasaigan's wind patterns can be instantly traveled between. This is Kaiosou's one and only space/time technique.

Hatsuhan Jinsei - Eight Seals Revival :: Hatsuhan Jinesei allows Kaiosou to revive a deceased person for a maximum of one hour, depending on how much chakra is put into the technique.
Hatsuhan Fushigi - Eight Seals Miracle :: Hatsuhan Fushigi requires Kaiosou to form eight hand seals within eight seconds of his death. If successful, Kaiosou's dead body will disintegrate, leaving in it's place the outline of Kaiosou's body from his chakra. The outline will then fade and appear in the ruins of Saidogakure. This outline will then crystallize and fall off, leaving a renwed Kaiosou in it's place. Once reborn, Kaiosou will remain unconscious for twenty-four hours. This technique can only be used once every three years.
Taijutsu:
Hissori Hanone - Silent Fang :: Hissori Hanone is a move that Kaiosou rarely uses. With his Kasaigan active he will run within the wind deleting all visual signs of his location. Once invisible he will run at an incredibly fast rate and run his two katana through his opponent's neck, just deep enough to sever the jugular vein and cause them to bleed out.
Keirasshu - Whiplash :: With his great speed Kaiosou will run towards the opponent, right fist drawn back over his shoulder. He will pass the opponent, hooking them usually in th jaw with his fist. Then he will shove forward with the fist while stopping his body instantly, causing severe whiplash to the opponent, while sending them soaring through the air.
Ninjutsu:
Kougoshi - Alternate Pressure :: Using his Kasaigan and advanced Fuuton capabilities, Kaiosou will create an invisible, impenetrable wall of condensed pressure around the opponent's hands. Every time they try to move their hands the bones will begin to break. Even the Kaguya clan cannot stop this process as, as quickly as they repair the bones, they break again. This technique is usually used to stop the opponent's from forming hand seals or to stop them from using their fists in Taijutsu.
Heisaki - Closing Breath :: After following the flow of air in and out of his opponent's lungs for about ten minutes (five posts), Kaiosou will be able to steal their breath as they take it. By doing this for more than fifteen minutes (six posts) Kaiosou can effectively knock his opponent unconscious.
Other:
Sennin Mo-do - Sage Mode :: After putting on Toroka (Tiger Charm), Kaiosou will enter Sage mode. Once in Sage Mode, he will be unable to use his own chakra and will have to resort to using the natural energy given to him by Toroka to use his techniques. When Kaiosou enters Sage Mode, his hair will grow down to around his knees, then will be lined with black stripes. A trio of black stripes will start on each cheek and end beneath his eyes. His torso and arms will also be covered in the stripes. His teeth will grow into fangs and his nails will form into claws. His Kasaigan will remain active during the transformation, making him look just like a humanoid tiger. He will usually fight along side either Tsunaru or a single white tiger, while wielding a wide-bladed sword of unknown origin.

Sta`Medle: Kaiosou's famous blade. It is a very large sword (appariently a variation of Zabuza's) wich can be pulsed with Kaiosou's chakra to split into two katana. It has the ability to increase Kaiosou's chakra control. Try as they may no one but Kaiosou can control this weapon; humans or Gods alike.
Toroka (Tiger Charm): The necklace Kaiosou received at Oodora Seidou during his Sage training. When he wears Toroka, he will be unable to use his own chakra. Toroka will instead call on the Sage chakra and natural energy of Oodora Seidou and feed it into Kaiosou slowly. This will allow him to enter Sage Mode whenever he feels it is necessary.

Tsunaru: Kaiosou's first successful summoning as a Genin. Tsunaru is a gigantic green Liger with black stripes, about the size of a medium sized house. It's fangs are two feet long each and each claw is nearly half a foot long. Though rather huge, Tsunaru is very quick and his roar can deafen opponents and shatter mountains. He can also excrete a sticky explosive liquid from his pores and can fire the Kineta clan's Aohitai from it's mouth. It can see perfectly through darkness, fog, and most intermediate Genjutsu.
Fenrir: The spirit of a great warrior in the form of a wolf. This spirit is believed to be the mythical guardian of Saigogakure. Kaiosou signed the contract with Fenrir after he slew his older brother, Xin. Half of the summoning contract for Fenrir is located on the tip of Kaiosou's right index finger and the other half is located on his right thumb. When Kaiosou snaps his fingers the seal is broken and Fenrir is summoned. Fenrir has two special attacks; Terrestrial Rage, which deals earth-elemental damage to the opponent, and Millennial Decay, which deals wind-elemental damage to the opponent.
Sirius: Apprentice to the Shinigami, Sirius wields large claws that extend from his gauntlets in combat. The summoning contract for Sirius is located in Kaiosou's right arm. Sirius has two abilities; Malice Claw a technique that involves Sirius flickering behind the opponent only to reveal that he had cut through them with a searing crimson slash. Storm Claw, a technique that involves Sirius launching his opponent high into the air where he will appear behind them and execute a series of fatal slashes.
Balmung: The spirit of Kaiosou's deceased father. Balmung appears as a middle aged man with silver hair that covers his eyes. He wields a black sword in combat and appears to have lost his Kasaigan in death. His summoning contract is on Kaiosou's left arm. He has three abilities; Extended Pressure, which is a series of rapid stabs at the opponent's vital areas. Returning Deceit, in which Balmung slashes the opponent high into the air and appears below them, grabbing them by the ankles and hurling them back down, only to fall straight down and ram his blade through their heart. Dance of Repentance, in which Balmung will create five copies of himself, four illusions and one real, and position them around the target with their blades held out straight toward the target. All five copies will then run at such great speeds that only an advanced Doujutsu would be able to tell the real from the fakes. The whole time they are running they will close in tighter, cutting deeper and deeper until the opponent is cut clean in half. As well as having all of his special techniques, Balmung can also preform many Earth and Wind style techniques. He does, however require a great chakra sacrifice to summon.
Beilethe: One of the creatures of Chronos and the former gaurdian of Saidogakure. Belithe is a Biju-sized demon, made entirely of bone, strengthened with chakra. It has massive wings and two large hooks hanging from his shoulders attatched to his boney arms. He is used for opening the Gate of Chronos and can conduct electricity between the horns on it's head. It's shrap tail can cut through mountains and can cause wild fires when swung. It's breath is pure toxic and will melt the skin on contact.
Personality: He is normally very quiet and will not speak unless spoken to in most situations. When a battle commences Kaiosou becomes very serious and it is visible in his eyes that he means business. He knows his limits well but constantly tries to surpass them. He has surpassed his Kasaigan inheritance to the point where he can keep it active in it's third level for days at a time before feeling the slightest loss of chakra. His natural speed far surpasses that of the Body Flicker Technique and he is as physically powerful as the Sannin Tsunade, without the help of any special jutsu. Thanks to his Sage training at Oodora Seidou, he has become a much more peaceful person.
Theme: Eye of the Storm
Biography: Kaiosou was born into the mysterious an legendary Saidogakure where he was trained to become a master of wind style jutsu. By the age of ten Kaiosou had awakened his Kasaigan and was entered into the Chuunin exams. His older brother, Xin was always there to encourage him every step of the way. If it weren't for Xin's encouragement Kaiosou would never have been chosen as an ANBU Black Ops member on his thirteenth birthday. Xin was the captain of the Black Ops and trained Kaiosou in the way of the sword until it became second nature. Kaiosou had great respect for Xin until the day of the disaster.
On Kaiosou's fifteenth birthday he was appointed as the new Saikage and a large celebration was thrown. When Kaiosou took the stage to accept his honor he could see no sign of his older brother anywhere. Suddenly the room went dark and the sounds of kunai and shuriken could be heard ripping through the crowd and the sounds of people screaming echoed through the night. When daylight came it appeared that the only survivor was Kaiosou. Blood-stained and weakened he walked through the empty streets of Saidogakure where he met with Xin who seemed to be completely unphased and untouched through the ordeal. Xin gave a wicked grin and disappeared screaming "Happy birthday little brother!!!!!". Kaiosou knew right away that Xin was responsible for this devistation. He abandonned the village after finding two other survivors who he dropped off at Sunagkaure.
He trained in Konohagakure under Hatake Kakashi's team seven until he turned eighteen and left to find Xin, seeking revenge. He joined up with a group of rogues, numbered one through twelve, where he was given a tattoo under his right eye of a six. There he met a wandering Snow shinobi named Tain and formed a great friendship. However one day the entire group was supposedly wiped out excluding Kaiosou and Tain. The two went their separate ways but still share a sort of telepathy. Kaiosou now travels the wastelands, after killing his insane older brother.
--TIME SKIP --
Through the past couple of years Kaiosou has enhanced his Fuuton abilities ten-fold. His skill with Sta'Medle has improved, as well as his speed. Kaiosou has returned to the wastelands to rejoin the Juuni Jikan after a few years of solitary training.
Since then he has discovered that his older brother had survived there last encounter, and immediately chased him down, after conversing with him about Saidogakure's true founder. After many months he finally located his brother's whereabouts. He learned of and obtained the Ansugan from a scroll hidden deep within the ruins of Saidogakure and again ventured out to fins Xin. While attempting to capture the Sephirot Beilethe, he was again confronted by his brother. After a long and arguous battle, Kaiosou pulled a victory and obtained Beilethe's contract. After learning to harmoginize Ansugan into the Kasaigan, he set his sights on the future of the Juuni Jikan. Now, showing a lot more respect for his friends, Kaiosou will become a true hero.
After receiving word from Tsunaru, Kaiosou headed out to find the land of legend, known as Oodora Seidou. After searching for quite some time, he managed to find the illusive place. Once he entered the temple in the center of the valley, he was instructed to wear a tiger fang necklace, which would grant him even more power. He had to stand on a pedestal for three days straight, doing nothing but focusing on the tigers that surrounded him. Finally, after three long days, he fully synchronized his very being to the heart of Oodora Seidou. He is now a Tiger Sage and will use this new found power to cut his own path in life.
