Why cant i stop this pain
its driving me insane
burning into my soul
agony swells inside

why can't i stop this life?
it taunts me into death
time crawls onward slowly
my insanity breathes

A plague of Darkness falls
shadow dwells in my soul
death hears my lonely calls
i cast my lot with hell

why can't i stop this fear?
its creeping up my back
dusk ends and darkness falls
hot whispers on my neck

why cant i stop this fate?
dont tell me im to late
it eats me up inside
i fear i cannot hide

why cant i stop this pace?
what is this stupid race?
will i stand and fight back
or will i fall and fail

why cant i stop this fight?
tears of blood spill the night
the screaming in my ear
why wont it ever stop?

a rose enchants the sky
trees weeping the new age
when innocence will die

it's building up inside
