MY LIFE/POETRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



today i was skating...but only for an hour....thank god. I fell really bad on my knees the time before, and my knee's aren't the best so my legs were killing me but my programs alot more pollished than it was before.anyway i was skating .....i go into my axel and boom....i hit the ice so hard you could hear it all throughout the rink. IT HURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! crying crying crying Now i can barely walk again i keep putting my foot down or falling out of my axel.....help....if there is any skaters who can give me advise please do....i need it big time gonk gonk
