Let me tell you a little bit about these people. On the left is Hale, the female MC in my NaNo "Smile." The guy on the right is Law, the male MC in "Smile." These two are the best of friends and always will be. 3nodding

The background is prone to changing, since it's so light and I can't see the desktop icons very well when it's my background. The dimensions are perfect for my laptop screen, which was intentional. And I think Gaia shrunk the picture so that it (sorta) fits the Journal entry template. It makes it easier for you all to view it. I didn't have to change the dimensions on Photobucket at all.
So here's to all the BFFs out there: celebrate your best friend! Let them know how much you treasure them! Drink some apple cider with them or bake yummy brownies! Laugh till you can't laugh anymore! Do SOMETHING to make them realize how truly wonderful, special, and amazing they are, because true best friends - forever friends - are very hard to come by.
