Although today is the 2nd......I dun care....
I had a weird last day of 2008...
Me and my dad actually made it out to the land cuz the road was plowed. Which saved us hours of walking.
And so we just had to walk for about 30min. I pulled a sled, held a video camera, as I kept falling in the deep azz snow.
And in no time we were there. ^^
The snow was really deep. Deeper than it looked. It covered the four wheelers entirely except the handle bars. o.O
And.....with that sled I used to haul everything in, we found this big icy hill and sledded down it many times.
OK! So I went on this one side of the hill, and with a big push of my dad, I flew down the hill. A just kept going. Just cuz the ground was frozen and icy. And I kept going really far. It was awesome and its hard to explain. ><
And I had to have ran up and down that hill more than 50 times.
And even though it was like 40 degress and dropping as the sun set...it didn't feel any cold. I was more sweating than freezing. O>O Kinda possible.
And let meh tell ya....when my dad went down on that sled....It was a FUNNY DISASTER!!
He tried to go down this one part, between these two tiny trees, and this log thing. HA! He failed.
He went down, hit the log, rolled off the sled, rolled down the hill between the two trees....It was just funny!! ^)^
And we just sledded and sledded. Until like 6pm. And went inside. My dad took a nap...I tried to stay up, but I rolled over in my nice warm little bed, and fell asleep! And if it wasnt for my mom calling me at like 11:30 I would never have woken up. So I woke up my dad and we went outside in 20 degree cold and set off these awesome fire works! (I would've had the video camera going but it went dead cuz all the sledding...)
But ya.
And there were so many stars. It was just awesome! AND THEN IT WAS 2009!! Whoo!!
And then at midnight we crashed. I was asleep for good.
But woke up at seven....
And we were determined to get to the car thing and go back to Phoenix...
So my dad loaded up the sled, making me pull it again...and we set off.
It was a lot faster going back then it was coming in...
Anyways....so we got to the car...I was nearly frozen! bleh.
And we went to his apartment and I packed up and then we set off for ye ol' Phoenix.
And I'm home now...and bored. o.O I SHALL MISS YA SNOW!!! >< (but my dad said it was gonna snow a bunch more...so that snow that is there aint going away for quite some time! ^-^)
But still! I would so rather be up there having the greatest time ever in the snow....then down here where theres nothing to ******** do!! DX
*sigh* ............
And I am done here for now...
