When I went to the Shrine of the Holy Infant of Jesus of Prague chapel in the 15th, I can see in the devotees' eyes that they are really that loyal to the Saint. Also, the priest said in his homily (using the vernacular language of ours, translated):

The pope gave the exclusive rights to celebrate the feast of the Sto. Niño in the Philippines.
Even if the rains are still pouring that day and the place was really muddy, we really devotionally went up the hill to celebrate the feast.
After that day, I am relieved of my bad feeling as well as my anger with people. Just thank the Sto. Niño and of course, the Lord Almighty, for the relieving power they have poured onto me.
