If I want to change
more than just the world
I better start first with myself
Its harder than it seems changing nothing to something
First lets start with the part of me that dying
Maybe it will help me breathe
More calmly
Let go of the anger
Let go of the sadness
Let go of the lost love
If that what is needed
Then take it all from me
don’t leave me with anything
For keeping the past will surely hurt me too
At first I thought
that the dark of the night
could only be fought away with your light
Now that I’m good
I can change the world
Without looking at past memories
