Background
The world of the stars has long been underestimated for their true power. They are a clan that mostly keeps to themselves for fright of being overpowered by others. The Hoshiko hide themselves away between the realms near the village of Stars. Several people of the village have been known to have founded the Hoshiko and tried to send out information. All information sent out has been destroyed by the mysteries of the Stars during nightfall. It's been said that at night, where the Hoshiko lie, that a large luminous light would flash before the skies. Each child of the stars is said to contain a secret : the true forms of what these celestial beings looked like would be revealed during the night. Of course, these forms can be summoned during the day, only a bit more effort would be replaced into it. Their abilities focused on the might of the stars and their courageous will. Soon enough there had been tales of families moving out of the Cosmic haven, and exploring the world. Whether they have been true or not is unknown...
Description
- Basically, you are given the ability to be able to control the stars and depending on their intensity in color it could create a large fissure in the air and strike at it's designated target.
Energy - Each time a Hosiko wields the energy of a certain star; once used it could very well create a large shift in the light causing it to become deadly and dangerous.
Cosmic Energy - Every star in the sky has it's own glow of light. The lights are vital to the Hoshiko. Depending on it's brightness it's destruction and capabilities is decided by the color. The energy once transformed into the Hoshiko's chakra can Here are some basic colors...
Neon Purple [11 Posts] - Is the highest color with the most damage done. It is given by several strips of neon purple tendrils striking the earth like lightning. If touched or made contact with an opponent they could receive deadly third degree burns.
Neon Pink [9 Posts] - Second highest color that creates a swirling vortex of what could be mistakened for a chakra created tornado.
Neon Blue [7 Posts]- Third highest color that builds up in front of the user and creates a sphere of light that could shine just as much as a star.
Neon Green [5 posts] - Fourth highest color that takes the form of a dragon that can solidify itself and cause harm to it's opponents.
Neon Red [3 Posts] - Fifth highest color that takes the form of a weapon. It's light can come in sync with your solid weapon and strengthen it's duration and abilities.
Black [Auto-Learn] - This is that lowest color. It is completely solitary and those who walk into it's field will feel a pressure among their body.

Rules
† To learn the second to last color you must have 3 detailed posts. All of your posts must be at least 3-4 paragraphs, starlight controlling is still dangerous.
† Once you gain a new cosmic light to use, the colors may be used at once.
† You cannot Auto Learn Any jutsu.
† Shinobi with this bloodline have more than one chakra color.
† There are no required elements for this bloodline.
† During transformation your jutsu gain a 40% boost.
† In profile you must put your character appearance, and the appearance of you in Kosmic Mode
† This bloodline works well with both taijutsu and ninjutsu.
† Genjutsu may become an issue when in Kosmic Mode.
Kosmic Mode
This mode is mostly an amplifier for the attacks used. You may undergo this transformation during the day or night. This is a transformation that can heighten your speed, strength, and bloodline usage. Lasts for 3 posts.
