If you have a few minutes of boredom, read through this collection and leave a comment:
DEPRESSION: Isn't that the biggest one? Widespread everywhere, depression causes emotional AND physical stress. Depression usually causes a chain of events leading up to, under the right circumstances, intense pain, if not fatal injuries. You'll feel sore from mis-activity, you won't want to do anything. You won't find ANY interest in the activities that, naturally, you would enjoy by yourself, or even with a friend, or family member. It causes worry in those close to you, they worry about your fate, but do they truely KNOW your fate? The human mind is a complex instrument with no same result produced twice and it will always be this way...leading into a second state...
LONELINESS: This could be a given with ANY other state of uneasy mental or physical stability. As with a feeling of suffering, wanting to seclude yourself, and build up barriers and walls around you is natural, for wanting to bring oneself deep in thought is wanted to be done in any state of unstability. Secluding yourself however, even if going against human instinct, can have drastic affects on your current state. How many people do YOU know that would want to die alone? Many would answer "I know at least one person that says they would" but if they cared for their loved ones, would they not do anything to worry them or cause concern? Maybe its the loneliness setting into the sub-conscience? One thing is certain, this can be one of the most deadliest states, for setting yourself away from others, completely eliminates any oppurtune moment of, maybe an epiphany caused on by a friend? There's no saving you if no one knows your suffering.
SELF-PUNISHMENT: Another natural feeling that can come along with the states of mental downfall. Some respond to their problems, by blaming themselves, only because finding an answer to their problem is scarce, and putting it on themselves, almost gives them an excuse to "solve" the problem. Hurting oneself, really isn't a solution to anything. As being one who has experienced this myself, it can cause more problems than one truely has, by making the wrong decision. In other words, putting the problem on oneself, is becaue they don't know what really could solve their problem, or even just want to BELIEVE they are the problem to easily find something to "patch-up" the problem, even though its a temporary fix. Self-Punishment can lead to even worse situation, harshening the situation, sending a quake than can not be stopped once it is started. This would be considered the leading up to the "Point of no Return" when achieved.
SUICIDAL THOUGHTS: The biggest of them all. This is the Point of No Return, previously mentioned. If there is a problem, it is human nature to want to fix the problem. There really is no non-temporary fix if one believes they are the problem. So they'll act upon a last ditch attempt to either end their inner suffering, or even to allieve the pain of loved ones. Much thought is put into this stage, and its hard to think what goes through the mind of those who are reaching this stage. If complete, there is no fixing this otherwise. It is at this point, that the mind of the victim, is the most unstable, and anything can trigger any kind of reaction, good or bad. As an experienced in this area, I can truely say, prepatory thoughts is the worse stage of this. Everything blows through your mind all at once, flushing out any sanity you may have left. That is, if there is any left. The solution? Besides avoiding this mental stage, there almost is no remedy. It's up to one's willpower, even though it is greatly weakened at this state, and the love of friends and family. If they truely care about your well-being, they'll keep you from the brink. The brink leads to the bottomless shaft that all of us know as a one letter word, that strikes fear into many, leaves some cold and heartless, and resets the stage for others who may understand the severity of it. Death~
This is a collection of my thoughts and experienced "stages" as I call it. This is all completely theoretical in my own mind. If you agree with me, great, if you don't, DO NOT leave negative comments. Leave them to yourself.
