Well I just got back yesterday from Houston. Gaw... IT WAS THE BEST.
biggrin Saturday I arrived there just in time for the Question and Answer section. I'll post a different blog with that later. Anyway that was really fun. And then there was the concert.
The concert started after 9 because the cosplay thing came out late. Anyway, in the concert I went crazy till the end. My legs hurt right now though from so much jumping (
It was hard to see so that why I had to jump up and down so much. I have a stupid height.) It was hot and smelly but still fun XD I was headbanging (Or whatever it's called XD) at some times. I don't think that looked very good XD. I think I was the only one doing it on my side of the floor. Well, actually there was at least one other so I don't feel that bad.
KISAKI had a KISAKI doll he kept coming to the front of the stage and dangling it. XD
My hands were going out of control. I didn't even know what Hand signs I was doing. I think I did spock o.O the victory sign, I love you in sign language, and a fist (I was not angry), After a whiile my head fell backwards but I kep it up XD
I was near the front but not as to where I could touch the stage. I could see Riku's, Jun's, and Iori's (when he came up to the front and out from behind the amp) faces perfectly. And I couuld see all of KISAKI because he came up to the very front of the stage. I loved all the songs performed. It was so awesome. Ah, and the first song, despite my phone having almost battery, I dialed Lisa and let her listen. I'm glad she's happy
If she had gone, It would've been more fun, and maybe my pictor with the band might've turned out better? XD I seem to turn out wierd in pictures. Probably because I was giddy me thinks or something like that. Anywaaaaaaaaaay.
Kami no Uta was the best performance in my opinion. My arm was in pain because the song was so long XDXD But I imitated what Riku did. The next day he wasn't smiling though. Everyone else smiled at me.
Hokai back to the concert.
Anyway they went off stage and half the people left :0
We kept yelling and begging for more, "ENCORE ENCORE ENCORE ENCORE" Everyone's voices probably hurt because it was sort of inconsistent. They came back though to perform Kami no Uta again.
I'm still puzzled at why the lady and that guy kept looking at me. Maybe I look like the walking dead. o.O; (a teacher at school said I looked sickly)
After a few songs, they finally left. KISAKI left the doll there. I saw some other people with dolls that resembled the band but I asked them where they got theirs they said online. (I wanted one XD)
Anyway, the next day, we woke up.
We both went to Church and then went back to the hotel to wait for Lola Titang, my mom's aunt. While waiting, I bought more Phantasmagoria merch XD a poster and a bracelet.
I met Lola Titang unexpectedly at the elevator and we went up to get my mom who was talking on the phone. We then went to meet her friend in the car and we went to a Chinese buffet. I ate little because I wasn't very hungry that made my mom a little disappointed.
After that we went to Lola Titang's house (It's actually the house of the person she takes care of whose name is Jim. My mom said he was schizophrenic). Jim had every Shirley Temple video and and every Disney movie. whoa. I thought I was going to be late. We got there at the house at around 1. Lola said it would only take a minute (5 minutes or more it was). I was late, but there were still people in line for photos. I came into the room, and waved like an excited little kid at Iori and KISAKI. I'm such a dork. XD Lisa said to do something funny. I didn't know what would've been funny at the time. I just pointed at the camera.
When I sat down, I looked at Riku. He didn't smile at all. o.O;
Oh it didn't end there. I had to go through the autograph line twice.
One was for my CD (there was a line for CD's only). While I was there, a girl had a bumble bee plushie and was rubbing it on the bandmembers. KISAKI took it and rubbed it on his chest XDXD How funny
Then I went back in line to get Lisa's shirt signed. They didn't really have a silver marker so we borrowed someone's. I had to help stretch out the shirt for each of them. Matoi was like "Ooooh" when he saw the shirt and was pointiing at his silhouette XD. So I nodded and smiled. They each signed the shirt lalala. When I got my CD signed, I got to Riku and was like "Hiiiiiiiiiii *wave wave wave*" He looked up and wasn't smiling (was he glaring? i couldn't tell). Oh and before the autographs I gave the letters and pictures to the translator lady. I hope she gave them to the band :0 According to Lisa, it was a pretty letter XD It's all in English though. Gasp! XD
Oh wait I forgot. Earlier, when I was buying more merch, the girl from Jpophouse was there help selling stuff and she was imitating KISAKI and Riku XDXD I was laughing
They're fun. There was another girl there too and they were like KISAKI thought there were different ways to say He and She so he was like "HE hee HEEE" and they said it's just "He" and he was like "OOOH!" XDXD
They had the program for the concert in front of them and the girl I saw at AX (the one in charge) read out the introduction that Riku said for Fairy times Memory. "We cross the ocean to meet you all this day. Now let us forget. This time we spend together." XDXD It was something like that. Anyway they made me laugh.
After the autographs were done we went to the airport and went home. My legs were hurting when I got home and still are hurting now. x_x
I'll write more in depth about the Q&A (If i remember it well XD) later
Their first full album is called "Splendor in Sanctuary" It has some old songs but it's still awesome. XD I'm listening to it right now. Usually iTunes gets the track names automatically, but I guess it's new that they don't have it ._.
