Another Journal entry that no one has ever seen.
When the light has rejected a person, cast them aside, they feel lost.
Why? Because we were told that the light is what guides us, what protects us.
But what about the darkness?
The darkness is just another view on life, another perspective of the soul.
Those cast aside by the light are welcomed by the darkness, and live and learn through it.
Does that mean they are evil?
Not really. Even those guided by light can be truly evil. It is really a label placed on others.
What drives a person to commit “evil” acts is only known to them.
Maybe what drives them is the same as the so-called “good” people.
But I digress. Evil is to be defined another time.
For now, what are the differences in light and dark concerning our judgment is the topic.
Light goers, seem to frolic in the light and shun the views of the dark livers. This is a battle of views.
One believes one thing, the other believes the opposite.
But it all leads to the same destination.
Death.
How we squabble our time on this chaotic world is determined by which guides us more, light or dark.
The light seekers can be egotistical and afraid of the dark, but this does not embody all of them. Same go for the dark seekers.
The dark are more in tuned with the world around them, though they struggle with their own thoughts. They are curious enough to observe the world at its core values. Not its accessories.
But again, not all the dark ones embody this trait. That is when human nature becomes a major factor.
Humans are so sure of themselves.
They believe they can defy the laws set before them and become powerful. Their lust for power is never, and will never be satisfied.
Even after thousands of years, the human race is still repeating mistakes and so soon will bring about their own end.
They have not learned at all when their true potential is. Maybe it will never be discovered.
Humans have the ability to learn but have major flaws.
They don’t like admitting defeat, under any circumstances. And they don’t revise what they have learned to better their species.
Instead they look for ways to better themselves, whether it is power, fame, wealth, they want it, and they feel they should have it.
Regardless of what perspective guides them.
People in the dark, truly in the dark, are proving themselves to be weaker than anything. They prove how feeble humans are and how easy their little “pride” can be destroyed.
They lose their will to live and all they do is complain how their life sucks.
They don’t even try to fix it. They don’t try to get help.
Is it to prove something?
Or just their nature to quit?
When light is so bright the darkness go away…
Then we truly are lost.
