July Glitch Fix List + Notes Hello Gaians! Thanks for tuning in for the interview on Friday! We hope to do it again sometime! (without any feet or flying candies razz ) This is a reminder that I do not fix glitches in EI's - please contact the artist(s) directly with issues. Wednesday 07-22-2009 1. (Layering) - Warlords (Caesar's Armor) VS. Holy Gauntlets --- These items can now be co-equipped. 2. (Layering) - Superior Form VS. long-sleeved garments/jumpsuits --- The Superior Form skins should now be properly compatible with various long-sleeved garment items, such as the Starman suits, Starfleet jumpsuits, and Ghost Hunter jumpsuits. 3. (Green Glitch) - ORLY Hat --- Deleted some random green pixels on the back view of the female ORLY Hat. 4. (Green Glitch) - Outlaw Biker Pants - Coal --- Users have been reporting green pixels on the Outlaw Biker pants. I resaved the files, hopefully this will fix the problem. Tuesday 07-28-2009 1. (Graphics Error) - Outlaw Biker Pants - Coal --- It seems I overwrote the male file of the pants with the female ones when I last worked on this item. Sorry guys - it should be working, as soon as we merge the changes on the live site. ---------------------------------------------------------- In other news, I was able to find time to help reapersun with an illustration for the Lonely Star RIG. biggrin I don't get to produce art for Gaia very often, so this was a nice break from sprite work. Photoshop Brushes are © Obsidian Dawn At home, I've been working on some fanart of one of my favorite CLAMP titles as of late: xxxHoLiC biggrin I've been cleaning up the lineart for the past few days, with Paint Tool Sai - tonight I will print it out and color it with markers! And thanks for the fix on the skins versus long sleeves; it was a real hassle sometimes to finagle with inventories just to find the one shirt that looked good and didn't remove skins. sweatdrop

Umm, I'm not really sure who to tell about this, but the Venus Embrace bikini doesn't layer with most tops. Can that be fixed? If it can't, then I'll just deal with it. It's not high-priority or anything.

Regarding layering....THANK YOU for the layering of the Great Old One item. This is the first time that back wings have layered in front of long hair. It's by-far the best looking wing item that we have because of it. AWESOME. Can we have more back wings in front of long hair?

Sadly due to time zones I was unable to see that video, which is a shame as it sounds like it was a lot of fun.

Thank you for taking time to do art of the Lonely Star Twins, other than Kanoko and her star outfit, those two are my other favourites.

Not exactly a layering issue, but more a small request regarding Sibyl's Incantation and the curse pose. If I knew who they artist was, I'd ask them about this. The way it currently layers is on the same layer as a face tattoo (I tried equipping tattoo whiskers with it, and the curse pose comes off.) which also causes a problem with the default underwear (if there were jet black pasties I wouldn't be asking this) so I was wondering, is it possible to alter the layering of the curse pose so it acts more like underwear (as it does cover everything, so it could remove the default grey undies) and less like a tattoo/face decoration.

The MCs this month were really good again, they've been back to their awesomeness again, so thank you to you and your team.

WOW. That art is phenomenal.

Three quick things, firstly, thanks for solving the skin conflict. One other issue I just came upon is that the Bolero pose for the new Happy Capsule item unequips backgrounds, or at least certainly this one. I can't see a reason for that, so it would be great to wear backgrounds with that pose.

Secondly, the Dashing Gentleman Sardonyx Sash that was just released it listed as a "torso" item instead of a "belt" item like all the other ones. It would be fantastic for the anally retentive (ahem, me) if they could all be in either one tab or the other instead of split up like that.

And lastly, the Heated Breath pose in the Lusty Suitor, Mechanical Mosquito Wings, and the Cloud pose from the Orinkage all unequip each other. Those are three of my favorite items/poses, and I'd love to be able to wear them all together. Since they're so different in nature I figured it was just an unknown conflict.

I really do love the twins! I had to favorite it when you put it up on your other account! The detail in the hair and the dresses are amazing! And I love the bangles on the right twins' wrist! I'm still learning how to utilize Photoshop brushes, but I found the stardust brush and a few others that I really like...

Cassie and Polly (The Gemini twins, because Castor and Pollux are masculine names) rank up quite in good position in my "Cutest" list and you did a superb job capturing CLAMP's style for that Yuko fanart...

Love the xxxHolic piece; it's such a gorgeous manga, and you really did it justice with the (what I believe to be) Marie Antoinette/French/elegant theme. I adore the way you do hands; they're flawlessly feminine and delicate.

Problem. emo Only SOME of the long sleeve garment items are fixed with the superior form. The longjohns and the G-Team Ranger body suits still unequip the superior form. I appreciate the fixes that were made a lot, just it would be nice if the rest of those same items had their layering repaired too.

And that is some really nice art. I especially like the neat hair they have too. smile And even before I got the the bottom half of the fan art or to see that it was fan art I recognized the character. Nice job, it is really well done and it is quite recognizable as the same character still. I thought the Mokonas were a cute detail to include. ^^

Also, I know we are supposed to only report once, but it has been a LONG time indeed since I reported the following annoyance - the old "river" hairstyle has a big hole in it when the arm is moved because that hairstyle was created before we had other arm poses and it would be great if this hole could be filled.

I've come to ask for a fix with a glitch on a kinda old item. ^ ^; The item is Bunny Luv, the bunny ears item. It appears to me that the base of the ears are actually coming from behind the avatar's head. ^ ^; If you could fix this glitch it would be greatly appreciated.

Now I noticed the bear pajamas (and I'd assume the monkey pajamas too) are also still unequipping the superior form too. Not to mention those PJ items still unequip all the other head items too.

Can you make the Chapeau Demonique equippanle with the Anima Adamentea helmets, because they would look pretty cool together.
Also the Sexy Present stockings appear over foot items if you turn around.

I am having a problem with the Demon Contact Lenses, they glitch an ugly green at the bottom, it's very annoying.

Wowza, such spectacular artwork. eek heart I agree that I would love to have seen items relating to the Gemini Twins in the Lonely Star. I'm eyeing their hair and those bracelets in particular. xd

Now, I've noticed for a while that the Holy Gauntlets' default pose, Order of Atlantis' Dragon Gloves, and the Kiki and Coco Mascot Suits unequip Promise Rings and I don't see why they should. I know this is rather a trifle to be irked with, but...my Gold Promise Ring means so much to me that I've never taken it off my avatar ever since I received it, and I never will. But I'm also kind of sad this keeps me from wearing said items. User Image

Could you please consider fixing this issue? Of course, I'd greatly appreciate it and it doesn't have to be high on the priorities list. And thanks for your continued efforts! smile

here's two more things I've noticed...

-the argyle shirts (in HR Wesley) are no longer equippable by males (I think they were meant to be unisex'd, but instead now they're female-only instead of male-only). Hopefully this is a mistake - I like these shirts xD.

-the midori cache socks (the green ones, from Durem Depot) equip as chairo cache socks (the brown ones). This has a been a problem for a while (i've never been able to properly equip them for as long as I can remember).

if these could be fixed, that would be awesome. whee

heya~

ive been pointed here about some odd green marks on my avi when i equip lovely genie silver arm bangle ( left arm - original [ straight down ] pose )

it leaves a weird green smear down the length of my avatars arm...

also, just another random querie - everyones reprise + eyes i can understand being not a mistake ( everydude has no eyes, so why should the reprise allow for them.. ) but you cant wear glasses with the reprise either, which i found dissapointing.

is it an error, or just not quite the item i was hoping for?

Hi! I'm a first time commenter on this journal. I've run into a problem when equipping Ian's Hat with earrings. Putting on the hat un-equips any earrings I'm wearing (pearl, bar earrings, the record earrings) and putting on earrings takes off the hat. I don't even know why this is happening, since I don't think they're on the same layer. It also happens with the YHBT hat.

I had a question about the layering of clothing...
On tektek you would be able to layer pretty much everything, but you cant do that here. Would it be possible to make a lot more stuff layerable, like jackets or something. I wanted to do the outfit on my signatures tektek but I cant do that here.... please help?

And im sorry my signature is a bit inapropriate.

Hi there! A moderator from the BR&T forum recommended that I contact you about a layering issue with Picolitrusso's Urn Red Harlequin Pants.

Basically the pants go over any shoes I pair with them, and in particular I was hoping to have them go under the Captain Ara's Nestegg boots.

Any chance the layering could be modified so that the pants can go under shoes?

Hey Juno!

Firstly, thanks for your many updates!

I have a (hopefully) small request about another MC layering issue. I was wondering if you would be able to put the Assassin's Guise default pose on a different layer than the headgear? I cannot equip a Dark Halo, or pretty much any hat, with the Guise.
