Joy Buzzer: A mere child's toy turned deadly weapon with a setting for how powerful the Buzzer would transfer electricity into someone's body. It also can be set to paralyze enemies for either a short amount of time or permanently. He always carries two it on his person, disguised as a jade encrusted ring for each ring finger he has.
"Ice Pick": An ice pick hidden in his mouth, 3 inches long, and is concealed inside of his gums, the bottom/handle of the ice pick is an adult tooth, giving it the name "Tooth Pick". The handle is a molar tooth. He has four (4) of these inside of his mouth. It also holds the venom of the Black Mamba snake, which is released when it penetrates skin.
Venom Knives: Knives with venom of the Black Mamba snake in the blade, set to release when it make impact with skin.
Lupara: A homemade double barrel Lupara Shotgun he had made, in case meeting situations of shoot outs. He usually calls it his "Boomstick".

Bio: Not so much as 'insane', just claims to be hearing voices of those who've died. He was born in the slums of the world. He was able to adapt by creating his own tools, weapons, and other inventions. He is also able to modify things, as well as turning anything into a weapon. 'Joker' is not someone to trust, he is very unexpected and has a split personality, as well as a unstable mind, due to him breaking down after seeing those who were the closest to him being killed and mutilated at the places he's been at. The history of his family is entirely unknown, leaving him as an orphan. Even though he suffers from Dementia, ' Joker ' is very down to Earth, but also will be forceful to find things out from those he knows somethings, when at in the other side of the part, he won't say anything.
He also will zone out sometimes, thinking he sees someone who has just died near him.
