Curse the Kitten Star or embrace it?

Wanting to get a Kitten Star cost me so much gold. Now I'm just barely above 100k while desperately finding ways to speed up the gold processing.

I might as well wait for the Kitten Star to be considered "old" to the people who have it and start selling it for cheaper prices. Possible? I hope so.
