How do people know that you're a Christian? Well, you can tell them of course. And make no mistake about it: Talking about your faith in God is a very good thing to do. But simply telling people about Jesus isn't enough. You must also be willing to show people how an extremely devoted Christian (like you) should behave.
Is your life a picture book of your creed? Do your actions line up with your beliefs? Are you willing to practice the philosophy that you preach? If so, congratulations. If not, it's time for a change.
Like it or not, your behavior is a powerful example to others. The question is not whether you will be an example to your family and friends; The question is what kind of example will you be.
Corrie Boom advised, "Don't worry about what you do not understand. Worry about what you do understand in the Bible but do not live by". And that's great advice because your family and friends are always watching. And for that matter, so is God.

Actions speak louder then words. If you tell someone that you are a Christian, but you don't act like it, to an unsaved person, what would that seem like to them?
There is nothing anybody else can do that can stop God from using us. We can turn everything into a testimony.
A Tip For Today.
Talking about your beliefs is easy. But making your actions match your words is much harder! Why? Because you are a normal human being, and that means that you can be tempted by stuff and by people. Nevertheless, if you really want to be honest with yourself, then you must make your actions match your beliefs.
A Prayer For Today.
Dear Lord, let me share the Good News of my salvation, and let me tell of Your grace. Make me a faithful ambassador for You, Father, and make me a witness to the transforming power of Your Son. Amen.
