So, I went to see New Moon on Sunday
I liked it a lot better than Twilight.
Robert Pattinson just doesn't play Edward the way I read him in the books. Lines that I pictured sounding cool just sound overdramatic and lame the way he reads them.
Fortunately, they got Jacob right. And New Moon is The Jacob Show.
Actually, this movie left me wishing that Eclipse and Breaking Dawn were just more of The Jacob Show. Unfortunately, they are both part of The Edward Show.
It's odd that I like Jacob better than Edward in the movies because, when it comes to the books, I'm 130% Team Switzerland. I love both boys equally (*cough*And that is not my inner slash fan calling. It isn't...*cough*)
So, yes, if you were avoiding it because Twilight made you want to vomit, I say give it a shot.
