So for all you people that dont know, This is the year 2010. Hurray we humans have survived another year. That makes me sound a bit...oh whats the word pessimistic I think. Anyway here is the real reason I am posting this. January is poetry month if you didnt know. Poetry is a magical thing in my opinion. From what I have seen around my school is alot of people that hate poetry or find it boring. I find that surprising but at the same time I dont. If you think like me then you think that most of humans this day in age are becoming complete idiots. There are people though that are different. Poets are one of those people. They write up such beautiful pieces of work, and read it so perfectly. The words they use to describe things are overall amazing. I am not a poet but I do appreciate there work. So sense this is poetry month I want all of you readers to do something. Go find a poem in which you like and understand, go read this poem to a group of people. It could be friends, family, even complete strangers. I will continue more on this in part two.
