I don’t know why I’m thinking of it now but I remember telling a guy the description of how I act and his response to it. I had said “I’m the girl who is socially awkward around new people. The person who is at a party standing in the corner or out of the way” What he said back is “Well I’m the kind of person who takes the girl out of the corner and brings her into the crowd”

I’m sitting here at school waiting for my ride thinking about this and I came up with the conclusion of almost every guy to say this: Liar
You don’t do sh*t for the girl in the corner. You’ll try to talk to her, coax her into the crowd but if they put a little resistance up you walk back and leave them alone. That’s because you realize quickly that there’s a reason for the girl being I the corner in the first place. Be it physical tributes (looking ugly), or what I like to think it is, social tributes. That girl is in the corner not just because she’s ugly; she could look decent and still be there. She’s standing there because she so chooses to stand there.

She stands there because of some emotion, but I think its fear and their own understanding. She stands there because she thinks that she’s strange enough that instead of even bothering to connect with anyone, she’d rather stay out of the way. That maybe by standing there someone who feels the same way, will go to the corner and they can both stand together as friends in the least. They wanted to show that they don’t feel like they fit in and need someone’s help. The girl in the corner is but a bright flower who is fearful of standing out so much that she wilts.....

This is all in my head though lol she could always be an attention seeking lil bish xD Anyways today has been sweel except the fact that I stood up till 2AM just to watch an anime called "Munto"...I was yawnin and sleeping in classes all day... and it was well worth it lol.
