It was a showdown. The wind was blowing hard at the great heights, the rest of the tall tower to their left, while they stood above the restaurant. Silence's body, weak as it was from blood loss, instinctivly went into a fighter's stance, using one longsword like a shield as they were on the backs of his wrists, the other more ready for an overhead chop. His feet were bent to help balance and were spread apart, left in front for his longsword in a shield stance.
The monstor in front of him, fueled by rage, was on its feet, breathing hard, but went to a more animalistic stance having a primitive brain. It was almost crouched so it could spring and slash, then jump again as a quick retreat in case.
Silence quickly calculated his first move, his second, then third, then came up with substitutes for each one. He had no idea what this beast was capable of, but he was hoping to get one when the fight started.
Predictably enough, the creature lunged towards him, slashing wildly. Silence jumped to his left, then off the annteanna-like part of the tower, over the beast as it lunged again for him into the wall, slashing at it the whole time. The monster hit the wall, but pushed off it towards Silence, caught his leg, then began to slam him into the ground over and over. On the third time, it whipped Silence into the annteana-like part of the tower, and held him there while looking into his eyes with pure hatred. If it could see under Silence's hood, it would have noticed the sudden smile on his face. Slince gave it an uppercut with his free hand and whipped the other free hand down onto it right after, first sending it up then into the ceiling of the tower. Silence then did a dropkick onto it when he leaped off the tower into the air and dug his heel into its back, right at it's scar. The raptor roared in pain.
It flipped, clawed Silence's face, then bit at his neck while tearing at his arms and chest. Silence actually flew backward, but from the new mass of blood loss and difficulty breathing, he was unable to find the strength to rise. He lay still, and the beat got reay one last charge.
One of the monoliths in another dimension saw a small blip on Eklypse's life readings. There wasn't much blood left, his vital signs were vanishing, and he wasn't moving an inch.
The being grabbed a microphone-like device, and started to try to contact Eklypse.I didn't spend fifty years of my life trying to get this experiment to work only to have him die, making me start over.it thought.
There was a small chirp from Silence's wrist and a voice screamed "GET UP! GOD D- GET UP NOW! GET UP NOW OR YOU"RE DEAD! HURRY!"
Silence's eyes snapped open and he got up, only to be tackled by the raptor and sent into space, then crashed into the pavement, sending another manhole flying and destroying a hummer. Both forms slipped into the sewers, into the much cleaner water now, and Silence started to swim, wondering how things ended up here again. But he wasn't afraid of this thing, no, he knew now it was simply an enraged animal, and he knew he could take it easily. It had no strategy, no plans, only attack, attack, attack. He swam faster and faster, then jumped out towards an electric power plant. He cleared the fence with the last of his strength, then waited for the enraged monster to come after. Silence only had enough energy to dodge ever now and then, but that was all he needed. The beast lunged, bit a line, and got shocked. It lunged away towards Silence again, only to meet another shock. Over and over again, until the water on them left a puddle and wires were streamed across the ground, all damaged from the monsters claws. Slince jumped up with the last of his strength and held onto a cluster of wires The beast, even more angry now, jumped towards him. Slence let go, flipped, and sent the creature into the wires with it's teeth and claws slashing. It fell to the ground, some of the wires still attached to it, and it touhed the ground, now ctreating a way for the electricity to get to the ground. It shone like a lightbulb, and flailed spazitically, and it's hide burned and smoked. Unfortunatly for Silence, while most energy was going through the beast to the ground, it was also touching water and so was he. Normally, not a problem as normal water didn't conduct electricity, but this stuff was treated, filtered, and bottled, so it had many chemicals that DID conduct elecrticity. It wasn't enough to kill him, but Silence was knocked unconcious as he was blown back.
