Hikari Side
And so the last day of summer begins...and will end soon....I was lucky that Kaiba told me that I didn't need to carry boxes again. So I was at home trapped in my room looking at the ceiling....My phone hasn't rung yet....and if it did, I hoped it was either Yami or Ryou....I didn't know why, but they were both on my mind. It was probably because of yesterday. I sighed, trying not panic about the last day of school like what every other kid probably does.
But the wierd thing was that, even if it was the last day, I didn't really do anything...Not even a summer Romance...WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT?! Around the afternoon I checked my uniform to see if anything was wrong with it. Nothing...I kept checking my phone constantly to see if Yami or Ryou called. After 4:00 pm I gave up on the hope of them calling me. I took my towel and went into the bathroom for a relaxing bath to keep my mind off of them.
I stepped into the huge round tub and sank in it. As I played some music (peferrably calm Vocaloid music) I closed my eyes and imagined each one like a small story. Like Magnet, a story of Forbidden Love. Rain by SID, a story of Sorrow and Hope. Puzzle by Girugamesh, a lost Love. USO (Lie) by SID, a story of Waiting for someone to come to you. I was at the end of Simple and Clean someone knocked the door. "Uh...Miss Hikari? There is a boy outside waiting for you, he said that he's Yami Bakura...."
I panicked because...HOW THE HELL DID HE GET MY ADDRESS?! I grabbed the towel and dried off quickly and wore my sleevelss top and some capri pants (like the one Winry Rockbell had when she was in Rush Valley). I tied my hair back and ran down the stairs. "OY!!! Yami! You didn't tell me you were coming...and first of all....HOW'D YOU GET MY ADDRESS?!" Yami said, "Really? You guys are the only people in Domino who acctually got a mansion!!! It doesn't take a genius!" I wasn't sure if he was trying to be smart or get a whack in the head.
Yami Side
I was a little thrown off by Hikari wearing a top like that....But she seemed a little irratated once I said that sentence. "So...What ya wanna do today? Since it's the last day of summer, why not do something?" Hikari looked to the side and looked back at me, "Uh...okay..." She said nervously. Before she left she ran up into her room and changed her clothes. Once she was out. I got off the soft counch and walked to the door. She followed and closed the door.
For a good hour we wandered around Domino looking at the different buildings and took a rest stop to eat. In the end, we were in a park in Domino, Sakura Park. We both gazed at the beautiful sunset as it colored the sky with hues of orange, red, pink, and yellow.....It was such a sight.....As the wind blew by my whole body felt relaxed and my mind was blank only thinking about the sunset. I looked at Hikari...Oh Ra can only explain how she looked so beautiful when she was looking off into the distant, distant sky. (Me: It sounds so Poetic and I'm the one writting it!!! Hikari: Yeah, that's one of the effects of being so emo and heartbroken....Me: Hush up >.< wink
Then I looked at the time on my watch. 7:34. It was getting late. "Hikari..It's getting late....how about you stay at mine err...our house for the night?" Hikari looked at me and agreed with me. So we got up from the bench and started walking to Ryou and mine's house.
