I don't know why but I just really love the pairing of Monkey D. Luffy and Boa Hancock. They just seem so cute and fun to see! I think both their personalities fit with each other nicely. I mean, a pirate king also needs a pirate Empress, right? Some may say a shonen manga such as One Piece will never have a pairing for the show's male lead but Hey, look at Dragonball. xd
