Surprisingly its not my stomach though it needs tightening but Its not my top 2 hated areas.
Number one is my back. I have a lot of back fat. Its like I lost fat in all areas but there some reason. It annoys me and looks disgusting to me i have back jowls and a lump of fat. Its my most embarrassing area and I will not have it showing sept with bathing suits sense i have no choice. I even have problem with normal clothes that cover it i can't wear anything thin and semi tight fitting or you see fat ripples. Can't stand it. I need to find more workouts to help with the back.
Number two, my face/neck. My face isn't as fat as it use to be but it still bad specially certain angle. All the looseness is now around my chin and neck and it feels horrible and looks bad. I have a neck now (lol) when i was 275 my face and body was so chubby my neck was non existing so its nice to have a neck but it still a fat one. Not sure there is much i can do about the face not many workouts i can do to help that sept lose more weight.
Number three, my thighs, this one is mostly cause of chub rub. My lower legs aren't that bad I kind of like them but my thighs are chubby and rub if I wear normal shorts or skirts so i have to wear long shorts or shorts under my skirts. Its really annoying and chub rub hurts. ;_: So I need to tone my thighs and try to lose some weight there.
I know you can't really decide where to lose the weight but I can try by trying to tone these areas and hope something happens. xD Ive been debating starting a blog but Im not good at writing and im lazy with nothing really to say ._. but then again a blog might help motivate me and help improve my writing.
