Chapter 1: The First Night
Late at night in a boarding school at Cross Academy there is a night class and a day class. The day class waits for the night class to come out of their dorms. Little did the day class know the night class was a group of students that were vampires. So the day class guardians keep their secret safe so humans and vampires can live together at the school, their names are Zero and Yuki. Yuki is the adopted daughter of Headmaster Cross the owner of the school. Zero is just a boy who needed a place to stay since is family was killed by a bad vampire.
Little did they know that Cross Academy was about to change when a girl came to join the Academy, her name was Keysa an old friend of Zeros. Keysa came to the Academy on a cold and windy night transported by horses and a carriage. As she stepped out of the carriage see saw Zero first but looked away to see the headmaster.
“Hello Headmaster Cross” She said nicely.
“Hello Keysa Mesawme” He said in a way that seem rude. But Keysa just smiled and started walking and she was wearing a night class uniform so when she walked passed Zero she saw his eyes widen a little so she smiled and keep walking. She could also hear the headmaster and Zero talking about something but she didn’t know what about.
“Were is Yuki” Keysa asked out of no were and the boy’s eyes widen like if she didn’t know Yuki or something.
“She asleep in bed I hope” Said the headmaster but once again Zero didn’t say anything. Keysa sighed at this and started to walk again. When they got to the dorms Keysa’s smile turned into a frown. But no help from the boys she just walked in after she said farewell. To her surprise other vampires were waiting on her inside. Keysa looked up to see Kename Kuran a pureblood vampire and strongest vampire but even she knew he only second born. So Keysa walked over to Kename.
“Hello Kename” she said and bowed
“Hello Keysa” Kename said in a non emotion voice. Keysa sighed and walked passed him and everyone gasped so she turned around and looked at them and saw a couple back away.
“I might be another pureblood but I am not ruler of this night class its still Kename’s place not mine” Keysa said then walked away from all them but one. In the hallway of the dorms there stood a B level vampire or as purebloods called them aristocrats which the whole night class was excepted Keysa and Kename they were the only two purebloods. So this aristocrat was standing in Keysa’s way but she just smiled at him because she knew this aristocrat his name was Kain.
“Good evening Lady Keysa” he said in a rude but nice way
“Good evening Kain” She said still smiling like an idiot. Kain was Keysa’s mate, her lover, but not the first. Shiki and Aido were her first mates, Kain is her third. Kain picked up Keysa’s bags and carried them to her room. When Kain left without a kiss she sighed and started to unpack and settle in. She walked down stairs to be greeted by Shiki and Aido. Then she walked outside and jumped into a tree and stayed there for a little while. She could here Kaname, Shiki, Aido, and even Kain talking about something.
“Keysa can’t stay here she is trouble and we all know it and plus its bad for two purebloods to be in the same school” She heard Kaname say and she had a angry look on her face but mostly disgusted until she heard what Aido and Shiki had to say about it.
“Keysa is not here to start trouble Kename and wont you think if she was she would of done it by now” Aido said.
“Yea plus she nicer then you think Kename how long has it been since you were around her” Shiki said and Keysa was surprised her ex-mates were standing up for her were they still in love with her or something else. Then she finally heard Kain speak up.
“Keysa is my mate Kename I want her by me even if she can watch over herself” He said, Keysa was shocked by this Kain really did cared for her but he never showed it around her. She jumped down and walked back inside and walked to Kename room and slammed open the doors to his room looking only at Kename.
“If you want me gone Kuran all you had to do is ask” she said not backing away from him when he flinched and not looking away. Kename looked at her and then looked away he couldn’t with hold her gaze she had on him.
“Fine you can stay since your ex-mates and your mate has shown the guts to keep you here” Kename said still not looking at her in the eyes. Keysa sighed a little and everyone looked at her.
“I am not like I use to be little brother so I’ll be in the old teachers dorms and anyone can come with me if they chose” Keysa said and Kename nodded his head. Keysa walked off followed by Aido, Shiki, and Kain. She noticed at everyone of the vampires heard and half of them followed Keysa to the new dorms that the headmaster was happy to give to Keysa. Keysa and the others started to clean up the building, she was smiling, and was happy to see everyone was having fun to be cleaning the building up so they can sleep there. Then day finally came around they all find their rooms of their own and went to sleep all, but Keysa and Kain. Kain was talking to Keysa in his room.
“You put a lot of hard work into this building for us” He said sitting in a chair looking out the window while Keysa was by her laptop typing something.
“Well the place needs to be nice and good enough for us to stay in and sleep in and live in” Keysa said still typing on her laptop then she stopped when she felt Kain behind her. He slowly wrapped his arms around her and held her close to him. Keysa smiled and kissed Kain’s neck then she slowly bit into his neck and fed from him. She heard his soft moan and felt his grip get tighter. Keysa pulled away but he wouldn’t let go of her. She had to cut him to get him out of her trance. Kain jumped back noticing Keysa was crying. She didn’t want this to happen every time she bits into his neck and fed. Kain picked her up and set her down in her bed. He covered her up and kissed her forehead. She grabbed his hand and looked at him.
“Don’t go please stay” was all Keysa said and her eyes closed but her grip on Kain did not loosen so he got into bed with her and slept there for the day. The night finally came and Keysa was up getting dressed when Kain woken up. He blushed and looked away but he sat up in his bed. Kain got dressed after Keysa did. Then they both walked down stairs together waited by the night class that followed them to the new dorm. Keysa walked out and was followed by the night class.
Kename looked at Keysa then finally looked away she wondered what was going through his head when he looked at her. Since Keysa came to this school the night class was always in one room but now there in different classrooms because the fight that happen between Kename and Keysa. Well it wasn’t really a fight but Kename and Keysa haven’t been around one another since the death of their parents. It was a snow night 11years ago Keysa and Kename were the same age Keysa don’t know how but they were not twins. Their mom and dad were sitting down and reading a book as always when a cold wind blow in and opened the doors. Their father grabbed a sword and ran outside while their mother took their young sister down stairs. Keysa ran outside to help their father fight their uncle because he wanted their sister’s power and Keysa or her father was going to let that happen. Kename was down stairs with their mother and sister. The fight outside with Keysa and their went on forever but finally their uncle killed their father and his sword went flying back by Keysa feet. She picked up the sword and ran at their uncle with the sword and that’s the last time Kename saw Keysa. Keysa sighed and walked into Kename’s classroom and stood by him. She noticed her half of the night class followed her. Kename’s night class looked at hers like they didn’t know one another anymore.
“We need to talk” Keysa finally said to Kename and he nodded his head. They both walked out leaving both their night class in the same room. Keysa walked down the hall and to the library followed by Kename. Keysa sat on one of the table and looked at him.
“I know it’s been a long time Kename but fighting like we did last night isn’t going to help our problem” Keysa said noticing Kename was getting closer to her. Kename stopped two inches apart from Keysa.
“I know and I don’t mean to be mad at you Keysa but you walked through that door like you own the place and until you said you didn’t I relaxed” He said filled with emotion then he bend down and kissed her deeply. Keysa moan slightly it’s been awhile since Kename kissed her and she missed it so much. She noticed he didn’t stop so she deepen the kiss for him and she wrapped her arms around his neck. She heard him moan now and felt him wrap his arms around her waist. They pulled away when they heard the door open and someone walking to them. Keysa stood up and looked at the one person she knew all too well, Zero was there looking at only her.
“We need to talk Keysa” He said not looking away from her at all. She nodded her head and followed and heard Kename’s sad sigh. Zero walked Keysa to the barn.
“I can’t bare to see you kiss him like you enjoy it Keysa” Zero said not turning around to look at her. So Keysa turned him around for her and she looked straight into his soft, sad eyes.
“I’m sorry Zero but I got to earn his trust to do my mission and you know that” Keysa said in an I really don’t want do these but I have to kinda way. Her eyes widen when Zero hugged her, she knew that he knew it very well. Keysa then pulled Zero away and kissed him deeply on the lips, she felt him tremble from her but he didn’t move away from her. Keysa pulled him back noticing he had bloodlust filled eyes.
“Zero…”Keysa said but she didn’t move from him. Zero heard her and his eyes went back to normal.
“I’m sorry Keysa but I’m a vampire now the thing I hate most I’ve became” Zero said looking sad and hungry. Keysa fastly cut her neck. Zero took his tie off to wrap it but Keysa pulled him close to her neck.
“Go ahead drink you’ll feel better awards I promise and it wont hurt…..do it for me you own me that” Keysa said and Zero obeyed her order. Zero bit down in slowly and so light that Keysa held his head closer so he could bit down deeper. Keysa’s grip got tighter hold of Zero as he fed from her. Zero grip Keysa’s hair and pulled her head back. Keysa wasn’t in pain but she did moan from pleasure from Zero’s bit. Zero pulled away after awhile and held Keysa in his arms. Keysa rubbed Zero’s back that’s all she seem she could do for now. After awhile Keysa left and went back to her night classroom. Everyone walked up to Keysa and asked how her talk went with Kename, so she knew Kename didn’t tell anyone Zero was talking to her. Keysa sighed and said it went fine. After class was over Keysa walked back to her room to find Kename there. Kain was behind her so he felt as soon as he noticed Kename was there.
“What do you want Kename” Keysa asked looking at him when she sat in the window.
“I want to know why Kiyu wanted to talk to you” Kename said looking at her.
“His an old friend Kuran I was a vampire hunter once remember” Keysa said looking at Kename and saw that he looked sad at what she said. “I’m not anymore I’m sorry for making you sad”
“Its ok I just jumped ahead of myself that’s all” Kename said and walked over to Keysa and kissed her then he left. Kain walked back into the room noticing Keysa was rubbing her neck. Kain walked over and picked her up.
“Did Kename do that” Kain said wrapping it up with a rag.
“No I had this before I came here if you don’t remember and I kinda cut myself there and it reopened” Keysa lied but she knew Kain wouldn’t question her. Kain just sighed and kissed Keysa and said goodnight. Keysa was alone for the first she came to the school and she didn’t like it. Keysa opened a window and seeked out and went to the day class boys dorm. There she found Zero’s room number and went to his room and knocked. She heard a click of his gun he was aloud to carry.
“Zero its just me please let me in” Keysa said and the door opened. Zero stepped aside from her to go in. Keysa walked in sat on the bed and she looked around.
“Why are you here” Zero asked sitting by her. Keysa sighed and answered him nicely.
“I don’t want to be alone so I thought I can sleep here is that ok” Keysa asked looking at him. Zero nodded his head yes so Keysa layed down with Zero holding her. Keysa fell asleep with ease and dreamed of people laughing and dancing and having fun. This was always Keysa favorite of dream no matter what.
