Before you read, think of this: Who are you? Why are you who you are?
You aren't suppose to think of the past.
You aren't suppose to speak of the past.
But what else are you suppose to do with it?
You learn about the past. You learn from the past.
So you must think about it, speak of it.
Whether it is good or bad, it doesn't matter.
You will think of it.
At random times.
You will speak about it.
At random times.
You don't avoid the bad, and don't forget the good.
So think of the past. Think of what you did, how you felt, where you were.
Talk to someone about it.
Feel the joy, the sadness, nervousness, and the fear.
For the past defines you.
How you are, who you are, and what you do.
