Standing here at the rooftops,
with the winter harshness around the body.
Plains of white expansive snow in the horizon, that slowly creep
inside the soles of my sneakers.
And that slight tingle of
pain
at the ankles as it slowly goes numb from the cold.
But its worth it you know,
what I see beyond me
is the city, covered in this white blanket.
Its as if its trying to say goodnight, of to bed.
Sweet dreams NYC
And a breathe of beauty as I center myself
in this chaotic place I call home.
I feel the energy below, the life, and the movement of activity.
I feel you in my heart, and warmth you radiate with just the thought
the thought of you
As the cars honk from traffic of snow
I love you, you know.
I love you a lot, you know
I love you
For you are home

My Book
I've been writing in this since I was thirteen in 2007. I still am writing in it, and it will probably be my legacy till the day I die. (Don't start reading from the beginning as my writing was atrocious then.)
The road of redemption is a long one, but I think I'm doing great so far.
Thank you.
Thank you.
