Today or the Next
Times are hazardous these days
With the world and it dues and pays
I do and do not know what to say
When I take your hand you say oKay
Nothing is normal when I am around
Our feet do not touch, they are off the ground
I smile at you, you tell me out loud
We are not normal like a king is not crowned
Something is odd, though I do not know what
Not old habits such as yours like to cut
Not the remarks of others bout sluts
Celebrities and their plastic butts
So random, vulgur, out of date
Is you hand against mine, so straight
I love the way we walk together day by day
All though you are gone, am I late??
Today or the next is a different story
But for right now, I wish to say sorry.
