Skipped School
It was the week of the exams and we got caught skipping... Me, Alicea, Josh P., Josh M., Sara, and Kiersten thought it would be cool if we could skip our extra tutoring class and hang outside. Well, my bright idea was to sit in the dugout on the caseball field to get out of the blazing hot sun. Kierstenwas peeking around the corner waiting for her ride to get there whileme and the rest of the posse were talking and just hanging out. Then, Kierstien screamed, "Someone is coming!" So, our first instinct is to run (which rarely turns out good). Well, the onlu way to fet out of the dugout without running into the teacher was to go through the other dugout, which just so happened to be on the other side of the field, leaving us open to see. We ran out of the field and someone suggested running into the bathrooms that were next to us. Then, we hear the teacher yelling at us to stop. The teacher that was running after us just happened to be my health teacher which was the exam that I was taking the next day. When we're about to follow him I heard Alicea screaming, " I can't breathe! I can't breathe!" As I turn around I see her fainting and falling to the ground. As we all gather around her Kiersten just has to say "Oh, she's just faking it." Then, I see her inhaler on the ground and realized that she had just had an asthma attack. The coach then calls in all these teachers and people that surrounded her. Among those people was the principal who takes the rest of us to the office to call our parents to take us home. Sara and I had to sit in the office and write a DETAILED report on what had happened while the others were taken into another room and questioned. Both of our DETAILED reports only turned out to be about three sentences. In the end none of us got in trouble by the school. Alicea was sent to Fort Gorden in an ambulance where her dad works and was perfectly fine the next day. As for me, I was the only one that was punished at home... my mom grounded me for two weeks... which is okay because I'm used to being grounded... and that's the story for those of you who wanted to hear it...
