if you say "always right" then you have never worked in a service industry. If you had you would know what a pile of bull that statement is. Between working fast-food in highschool, dining center for the university, and now at a grocery store I have around 8 years of experience working with all sorts of people and I can say for certain then they are almsot never right, most of the time they are either mistaken or just plain stupid. What caused me to write this little rant I can't really tell you, writing something along these lines always goes through my head when someone at work annoys me, this time I decided to actually follow through on the thought. Very cathartic over all, both the thinking about what to write and the actuall writing of it.
So, for those of you who deal with customers on a regular basis, please leave your own endings for that phrase, whatever they may be.

Though I'm rather fond of "The customer is a lying scoundrel who will cheat you of your every last dime given half a chance."
Luckily though, I've had plenty of awesome customers. I actually spent about half an hour gossipping with one yesterday; she moved halfway across the county and so never comes in anymore, but she called up to see who was working. <3
*misses her* She was crazy cool. sad
*sigh* speaking of customers, I'd better scurry off to work. *yawn*
