The shower of snow
As we were walking through the cold forest, the snow is falling. Ice is gleaming off the trees from the setting sun. She leans into me so she can stay warm. I hold her close as we walk past the still lake. We watch as the wind shakes off the snow from the tree tops sprinkling on top of us. We stop near the end of the lake and look at our reflections. Even in water her beauty surpasses even the most elegant flower. I hold her closer to keep her warm. She turns and looks at me. Her soft blue eyes piercing mine making me hers forever. I would stay with her forever if needed as long as she would need me and love me because I love her. I gaze into her moon like eyes, watching as they look back at mine. Just as the sun sets under the trees, gleaming in the snow, showing every sparkle in the air and on the ground. I kiss her soft, warm lips.
