So Im at work (started on the 22nd as a court reporter and I fill in for those who aren't here cause pay is only 4 and im the 5th)
Anyway im the 5th today so I am doing nothing but listening to music and looking on etsy "desk"
As im searching I start to see plates for names
And I start thinking about me being a teacher
And all the ideas come to me
And I refure to lose them

1. At the first day. Scare them. Be sturn. Bring fear.
Once this is establish, play a game of chance with them. Explain to them how I like gambaling. Put everyones name in a jar and they are seated based on numbers and chance

2. Once they are all seated. Tell them they have to ask for a promotion to me if they wish to change seating. This will be based on attendance school work and overall grades.

3. Like Mr. B they will be filling their own papers in their files. Ill leave the papers in a bin and they must sort it and file it. Might be graded. Not going to remind

4. Everyone will have a permitted seat. If I wish to talk to them I can leave a memo on their desk. "Meet me after class" "We need to talk" "Keep going at it" "Happy birthday"

5. Dress for success. Wednesdays. easy grade

6. Business project like capstone if school doesn't do capstone

7. Students can have "lunch" a 10 minute break with food. if it gets too loud ill take it away from them

8. They will apply for jobs. Resume. Cover letter. "Teacher assistant" position
Everyone applies. Eventually interviews will happen.

9. Who ever gets hired gets a small prize. Teacher tells everyone is hired and everyone gets candy. or something cheap

9.Teacher will make them fill out a w-4 w-2 all employment forms

10. Once "hired" they will calculate pay. Based on this the will learn to live off. Calculate expenses.

And I believe that's all I got called gotta wait for some more
