She was 17 years old, which is crazy old for a dog. About 120 years in their time. She outlived all the puppies she had as well as the dad of those puppies. It makes me really sad though. She's been in my life as long as I can remember, and now she's gone. My other dog knows and is really sad about it. She just laid on the couch and cried for awhile. She's getting old too, 12 years. Idk how long we still have with her crying
We buried Misty in our strawberry garden, because she always loved to play in there and eat them. She was rapped in her favorite blanket and planted a new strawberry plant over it. My mom goes out there every morning and tells her good morning.
I miss her.
This has been a really hard year. My grandpa on my dad's side died earlier this year due to Alzheimer disease. My grandpa on my mom's side is in the hospital, first for heart problems, now he has pneumonia and pancreatic. And my dog died. I cant wait for this year to be over.
