Mizu Koto is a not so obsequious, outspoken Cat-Slave. She has cadaverous skin, creamy blond eyes, and streaming azure hair. She has a furtive figure, with an erotic, lurid face. Although her body was bred to withstand the most malevolent sexual deviant, by the look of her it was apparent that her spirit was most omnipotent. She was born to be a mighty vanquisher. The problem was that nobody had noticed this in the young Cat-Slave, not even herself. It wasn't until Marlock impeded in her world that she realized what she was capable of.
