Description - Scotty is green. He has four fangs (two top, two bottom), and red eyes. His hair is blond, and he wears it either all natural and shaggy, or slicks it back when he's at work. His nose is straight and a touch bigger than average. He has somewhat prominent cheekbones and a narrow jaw. His ears are pointed, and the left ear is pierced. His antennae stick forward naturally, but he turns them back when he's working. They have two stripes at the tip and a small triangular mark between said stripes. Buildwise, Scotty is average. He's got a bit of ponch he tries to get rid of by working out, and he's developing muscles. He doesn't have claws; he keeps his nails trimmed.
Clothing - Scotty's clothing depends on whether he's working or not. On the job, he wears a suit and tie, keeping himself to neutral, work appropriate colors. His only accessory is the golden hoop in his left ear. Off the job, Scotty tends towards the comfortable. T-shirts, ratty jeans, worn sneakers, pajama bottoms when he doesn't plan on leaving the apartment, so on. His hoop earring stays, always. Feel free to give his Tees interesting designs.
Personality - Scotty is confident constantly bordering on arrogant, and definitely not short on self-esteem or pride. He works hard and doesn't cheat his colleagues to go up on the underground gang ladder. He resents being treated like a wall fixture, but has long learned when and how to keep his mouth shut and his emotions in check. He's good at taking orders, since he's been taking them his whole life, but that hasn't stifled his creativity. Scotty is, most of all, driven: he will get the job done, no matter what.
On the flipside, he can also be very lighthearted and carefree: when Scotty's relaxing, he doesn't want to do anything. Well, that's a lie; he's not content just sitting around, and likes to walk the city district he lives in. He frequents a music store near his apartment, and plays songs on the keyboards they have for spare cash and just for fun.
On friends, Scotty tends to be protective in the 'only I get to do that' way. He likes to tease and is rather playful. He's stingy, and so makes his money last on outings with friends. Temper wise, Scotty's anger is explosive. He curses a lot, and isn't afraid to lash out when he's pissed. He's good at holding his anger back, but only when he has to.
Character History - Scotty's the firstborn of two children; his younger sister Shana is 4 years younger than he is. He had both his parents until he was eight years old; after that, his father got killed by the Colony, the main crime ring in the area. His father had been a worker for the company, and constantly lied and swindled the organization. It caught up with him.
Scotty's mother used her late husband as an example in an attempt to scare her children onto the straight and narrow. It worked for Shana, but not for Scotty. After graduating high school/secondary, he went from job to job until he encountered a man named Damon Yi. They became friends, and Damon offered to get Scotty a position in his crime syndicate (run by the secret sister of the Colony's boss). Scotty accepted, and worked as a grunt for ten years. He learned the ins and outs of the job quickly enough, but was content with his lot.
That changed when Scotty was in his late twenties. Suddenly he wanted to be more, be better, and started working towards a promotion. He quickly rose to the mid ranks, and that's where he is now. He still wants to move up, but for now he's enjoying the new prestige associated with his position, including the better pay. He plans to move out of his crappy apartment he shares with his sister and get them a proper home.
Beyond that, who knows?
Abilities
Scotty has a natural talent for music, and loves the keyboard. He never caught his big break, but no longer cares. He's content to play whenever he can.

Handgun - Needs research, but assumed for now to be a standard pistol.

Notes - Scotty is an accidental character who's quickly gained a life of his own.
