My P3 FES Answer Team ^o^ (Beware, image heavy) |

Because of the impending release of P3P, I decided to do a little P3 retraining, and though I said I'd never touch my Answer file again, I did, and I was able to remake many of my Personae there into the same functional team as with my P4 ones despite the difference in skill sets. It wasn't easy since there was no Compendium to work with, but I'm pretty darn proud of what I was able to do.
Norn is one of the four survivors of my sudden rehash renaissance. Despite being a little annoying for some, I kept both Regenerate 3 and Invigorate 3 intact. At the time, I was hard up on grinding since the red shadows in Empyrean took ages to kill. Aside from the Wind Skills, Norn also serves as the Mind Charge hub.
No jokes about my being single and not getting any, please. blaugh I only fused Mara because I originally thought I could pass on Surt's Ragnarok to him, essentially getting two severe Fire spells in one Persona. Unfortunately, Mara lives up to his reputation as a "d**k" (pun intended) since he refuses to inherit magic skills. In the end, I settled for just Maralagidyne and let Mara keep his other skills, serving as a Fire User/Piercer(lol) /Power Charge Hub. by the way, he's the second of the four original "members" (dammit, I'm turning into Ikutsuki!!! sweatdrop ) of the lineup I used while going through the game.
Odin is the third of the four original Personae of the game lineup. I was desperate for Elec Break and Absorb Wind, so I did some crazy trial-and-error fusions to end up with this skill set. He's the best bet I have to go against the Reaper since there's no way to use Armageddon in the Answer.
The fourth Persona of the original lineup, Siegfried serves as my Triple Auto setter/Striker/Group Slasher. I usually put him on to start boss battles, and he saved my bacon many times during the Colisseo Purgatorio part.
Alice is my favorite, so there's no way I'm playing any Persona game without her in the team. This was a remake, since the Alice I used during the game proper had her Evil Touch morph into Maragion. I'm very OC with my Personae and that mid-level Fire skill was an eyesore in my opinion. So I reluctantly fused her away and eventually got her back after hours of redistributing the desired skills. Sexy Dance and Ailment Boost were bonus additions to my efforts, and admittedly, it's fun to mess with enemies sometimes instead of just killing them outright.
I used to have a Helel, but he only had Resist Ice to block his weakness, so I wanted it out. Lucifer was the end product of my campaign. I was seriously considering getting Helel back, but I eventually decided against it since having Pralaya and Morning Star in one Persona is great for sweeping away weaker Shadows in random encounters. Kept Brave Blade to have a single-target Slash attack, but I hardly ever use it.
Metatron was my mainstay Light user before, but it always bothered my that his weakness to Dark wasn't covered. Gabriel became his replacement, and since my old Alice was also used in the process of her creation, she ended up being a Light and Dark specialist, as well as a primary healer/All-target Piercer/backup Ice user. Even with her around, I still prefer using Alice for Dark attacks.
Skadi had pretty much the same story as Gabriel. I used to have an Alilat as an Ice specialist, but her weakness wasn't covered either. To that end, I fused her back down to Skadi. Aside from the Ice spells, Makarakarn is a vital skill to annoy the final boss, and Akasha Arts was kept for all-target Strike attacks.
Kohryu is my Triple Ma-Kaja caster. By this time, I was getting sick of looking for Null/Repel/Absorb skills help with my newer Persona fusions. I originally wanted a Cybele to play this part, but Kohryu seemed to be the better choice.
Since Alice already had Marakunda, I needed someone with Matarunda, Masukunda, Dekunda and Dekaja. After several compatibility issues with Personae that I fused to pass the skills along, I ended up with Nebiros. By the time he was made, I already had an Omnipotent Orb from Messiah, so I didn't even bother covering his weakness to Light. His natural Fear skills were handy to have too.
Finally, a gimmick Scathatch. In the tradition of my P4 Succubus, i wanted to make a triple Invigorate Persona to help with long battles. Despite not having Spirit Drain, I decided to keep her instead of trying to pass them on a Pazuzu. Besides, with only one free slot left and no Compendium, my options were severely limited.
With my Answer lineup complete, I can now proceed to start the less daunting task of perfecting my Journey Persona Team. Wish me luck!!! ^o^
