• kain dressed in his cloak and hid his daggers as a thief would. next to him, gabby did the same they decided to leave their swords at camp in order to avoid suspicion. they proceeded to the door of the tavern and knocked. a scarred and old warrior answered "password." he grunted "midnight dagger."kain replied "right then, come on in." they proceeded inside and were immediatly met by man whos face was hidden by a theives mask "spare some money for a weary traveler?" he asked innocently gabby replied" im sorry but we dont have any money to spare." "then either u r bad theives or ur not theives at all but thats none of my buisness now is it." the man chuckled and walked away kain glared at gabby"that was a dangerous response."he said
    she ignored him and they proceeded to the bartender "can i help u two?" he asked "we are looking for the warrior shadowmaster." kain stated "i havent heard of him now bug off." kain could tell by the mans tone that he knew where shadowmaster was he grabbed the bartenders throat and lifted him off the ground "maybe u wanna try that again hmm?"kain asked "his...headquarters...y do u... seek him...u cant rob him...he's to heavily guarded." dropping the man kain replied “we are not even theives" after that they turned to see every rouge in the tavern facing them with their daggers out "imposters aren't welcome here." the door guard growled "maybe we should have kept our swords" gabby said "aye"kain replied they drew their daggers and charged towards the door after seeing kains speed, a byproduct of the super soldier serum he drank all the theives decided that they should just let them pass. kain walked out as did gabby “now we know that he's hiding in his hq" gabby said "finally" kain said "Katie will be avenged."
