The Souluta is a Kekkei Genkai of which main effect is to safely turn the user's body to ice. While the Souluta is active the user's skin takes on a light blue tint. Normally the souluta can take some time to activate, but with the use of excess chakra a user can active it almost instantly. The major drawback that is carried over in all forms of souluta is that it makes the controlling of chakra next to impossible. Buecause of this most Soulzan members restrain from using high power jutsu while the Kekkei Genkai is active. This ice is actually their chakra in physical form and can only be utilized by the Soulzan who summoned it.
Level 1: Tsuyakeshi Hogo (Frosted Guardian) – The user is able to freeze their limbs down to the third layer of skin. This allows them to perform powerful Taijutsu as well as stop weak to medium level attacks with a great amount of ease.
Level 2: Fukyuu hyouga (Immortal Glacier) – The user freezes their entire body into ice that is as hard as diamond. Their vital systems are kept alive through the use of chakra only. Because of this, the user’s chakra supply is very limited in this form. Also while in this form the user is able to heal most injuries in an extremely short amount of time. While in this form the user is able to use” Snow Angel Taijutsu” as well as “Bio Ice Armor”
Level 3: Kurojinkei Touketsu (Frozen black mercy) - The user's body begins to unfreeze except for their right fist. As this happens the frozen fist becomes many times harder and a deep black color, also all wounds that the Souluta was preventing burst open violently. The user can only stay in this style of Souluta for a very limited amount of time (about 30-45 seconds) due to the strain it causes on their body after coming out of level 2. The sole reason for this form is to punch an organic target with the black frozen fist.
When the fist makes contact with it's target two things happen at an unrealistic speed. The first is that the cells of the target get flooded with a unique type of water elemental chakra that freezes them from the inside out. Then once the cells are completely frozen, the kinetic power of the punch (which is considerable) is pushed throughout the targeted area; completely shattering each cell into many pieces. Because the shattering effect is on a cellular level the attack looks more like it vaporized the target then shattered it.

Kuroyuki Tsunami - Black Snow Tsunami: (A-ranked, long range)
The user forces all of their chakra into the ground. Any snow on the ground within a 2 mile radius draws towards the user at an incredible rate. By the time it gets to the user it has become a huge black wave of snow that can tower anywhere from 10-100 meters high. Due to the fact that the user of this attack is also caught in this attack it is considered a suicide technique under most circumstances.
Shimoiton - Healing Frost Style: (C-ranked, close range)
A mild healing technique used by snow shinobi. The user first covers the wound in snow and then pours their chakra into the snow. As the snow melts on the target body part the chakra infused water enters the wound and begins to rebuild the damaged tissue. This technique can only be used on mild damages (semi-deep cuts, burns, ect.).
Yukino Kuchiyose - Snow field summoning: (C-ranked, long range)
The user of this technique uses a massive amount of chakra (about 25-50%!) to summon a think layer of snow onto the battle field. This snow appears almost all at once and continues to fall for the next 20 to 30 minutes. Because most Hyouton techniques require snow already present, this is a very vital jutsu to a snow shinobi.
Yukidaruma Benkai - Snowman Defence: (D-ranked, close range)
The user summons any number of snowmen to act like a huge snowy shield. The more snowmen summoned the better the defense. Five snowmen requires as much chakra as making one snow/shadow clone.
Yukhidai - Frost Swell: (C-ranked, close/mid range)
An attack where the user summons forth a super subzero blast of wind that can freeze an opponent's skin in a matter of seconds. Normally this attack is used to slow down an opponent rather then kill them.
Baku Yukigan - Explosive Snowball: (D-ranked, long range)
The user forms a simple snow ball that when contacts the opponent explodes into 1 metric tonne of snow. This technique of often used to trap an enemy while the user makes a speedy get away
Yuki Bushin - Snow Clone: (C-ranked, close range)
Similar to a shadow/water/earth clone except made of snow.
Aisu no Shikaku - Assassination of Ice: (A-ranked, close range)
A finisher move similar to sand coffin. The main drawback to this technique is that the targets body must already be covered in snow/water in order to work. (Meaning that the user can't get the snow on their body like Gaara does with the sand.)
Aisuwana - Ice Trap: (B-ranked, mid/long range)
After the user picks a place near by they are able to set a trap instantly that when the target steps in that area, the user can do the snake hand sign and the trap will spring, trapping the target in a 8x8x8 foot cube with ice walls.
Akaaisu no kasui - Spike of Red Ice: (C-ranked, mid/long range)
The user summons a large jet of ice from the ground by letting a single drop of their blood hit the snow. Because of this the spike is a deep red color. The spike only grows to a size of 5-10 meters.
Akaaisu no hashira - Pillar of Red Ice: (C-ranked, mid/long range)
The user summons a large pillar up from below their feet that raises them into the air by letting a single drop of their blood hit the snow. Because of this the pillar is a deep red color. The pillar grows to a height of up to 10 meters.
Touketsu Tsumseme - Frozen Claw Assult: (B-ranked, close range)
A close range technique that involves the user forming five razor sharp ice claws on one hand and then slashing at the opponent. Because this technique does not require hand signs it can be used as a very effective surprise attack.
Yuki Sakugu - Frost tackle: (C-ranked, close range)
A close range attack when the user charges at the foe and a small wave of snow is forced in front of them. When the snow then user hits the target the force is often enough to send them back several meters.
Shimodori - Frosted Dance: (D-ranked, close range)
The user covers their body in a layer of frost that is highly reflective, as the user run light bounces off their body so they blend into a snow fall.
Arai Hoppou Nadare - Wild Northern Avalanche (C-ranked, close range)
Once the user's fists and wrist joints are completely covered in ice they will preform a series of relentless punches at incredibly high speeds. This causes a fair amount of damage.

Tokosanji (Endless Disaster) - Tokosanji is the blue bladed katana that Seichi obtained while exploring the House of Nine Seals. It has the ability to raise a wall of ice in front of Seichi when it is cut along the ground. Then, by stabbing through the it, the sword will create spikes of ice along the face of the wall. When Seichi cuts through the wall, the spikes will fire at the opponent in rapid succession. Tokosanji can also cut through the air, leaving a trail of ice behind that can form into shards and impale the enemy.
Miscellaneous: Seichi wears the legendary chakra armor of the Land of Snow. This greatly increases his chakra control and nullifies any A or lower ranked Ninjutsu and Genjutsu.
Biography: Seichi is the older brother of Tain and is presumed dead by the all associated with the Land of Snow. He was trained as an ANBU Black Ops member and was taught to wield the sword quite well. He mastered Souluta by the time he turned sixteen and looked down on his little brother as though he were nothing but a mistake of nature. On the day of the Soulzan clan's sudden extinction, Seichi slipped away through the snow and resurfaced in the Waterfall Country. Shortly after he made his way to the outskirts of the Water Country, where he resided under the alias of Hitsumi for two years. He now travels on his own whim, pillaging and killing to make a living. He has no doubt that his little brother is alive somewhere, he just doesn't really care.
After abandoning the Akatsuki, Seichi decided to travel through the desert. On his journeys he discovered a strange pyramid that seemed to appear out of nowhere. When he entered he was sent through space and landed in another room. It was then that he heard a voice call his name. After hours of traveling through the mind boggling maze of doors and rooms, he reached an altar. On that altar was a chest, but when he tried to approach it, he was attacked by the ten stone guardians of the room. After defeating them, he opened the chest and retrieved his prize, a gorgeous sword that he named Tokosanji (Endless Disaster).
