So today i saw the movie version of Inkheart.i liked it alot. it wasn't the same as the book obviously, but not bad. the actors were good, Dustfinger wouldn't have been my pic, but he's my fav character so i don't think i would ever have been happy. i thought they kept close to the book, with only a couple of differences. they skipped some stuff, but hey the book was a bit slow, so they made the movie work, and they didn't leave out any characters which i thought thy would do. the end was weird, they sent Dustfinger back, which doesn't happen until the second book, but it worked cause Dustfinger got his happy ending without them having to commit to a sequel. and if they wanted to make Inkspell (the better of the first two, not done w/ Inkdeath yet) they still could pull it off. so yup totally worth it, and noe i'm like desperate to finish Inkdeath.
