Background: Emilia was born into a family, her mother was in the Mafia while her father soon joined after meeting her mother. They married and had three children, Emilia being the middle child. Unlike her siblings, Emilia took more interest in Academics than the Mafia. Emilia was always at the top of her class and even skipped a few grades. When she graduated college early, she moved to Japan and became a nurse figure for the Vongola. That was the second time she met Dr.Shamal, this time she became his assistant.
