That just has a pleasant ring to it. (sarcasm flag)
However I believe it be a fitting title for my current novel. Enigmatic in it's simplicity yet it has encryptic hints to it's deep complexity. Seems just to me.
After all this latest story is meant to make people wonder what on Rivina is going on. It follows the Trilogy but is some years later. It also rather contradtics that the Trilogy ever took place. One member of the Trio is missing and nobody seems to realize that fact.
But since this takes place after Tsuem's death also I need to get back to writing that... I've actually thoughten it out quite completely, it's just writing that's taking so long.
But anyways, 190+ pages, awesome! That's just about double the number of pages in Rivina: The Landing (Book one). And nearly 4x that of the Hunt for the Sanju Berry (Anako's debute book which was only about 58pgs but when I reworked it, it gained about 20ish).
I am nearing the half way point. In about two or three more chapters it will reach that point. Currently I'm trying to determine if I should rework a past chapter because I'm afraid of the Anime!High syndrome.
I'm at the very tail ends of that story but there's a lot of terrible parts that need to be hacked to bits and it's so painful to read that it's just sitting about. Once I fix what needs to be fixed the story will be excellent, but I can't bring myself to suffer through the horrid bits.
Anyways, I think the piece would be rather extraneous at this point (I've been thinking ahead...) and so I don't know if I should toss a monkey wrench at it and cancel the event or go forth with it and let that be the why the High Temple's security was lax. Though the security isn't so much as lax as it is that nobody is home. After the event would call for the High Temple to be rather vancant.
It's just that the sence would show the readers that Rhyns actually does things and he's the High Templar for a reason. But I think that it's pretty obvious that he's pretty powerful and good at his job. But I write the stories so.... *grin*
I really can't wait to get all this down so I can see where the story takes me next.
